本次的酒店整體我是非常不滿意的 避雷吧！！
我很少寫評論，這次我想説四季酒店真的很差。唯一讓我印象深刻的是一位戴眼鏡的前台接待女士，她的專業和親和力是符合四季標準的
其它方面就是房間昏暗、硬件磨損嚴重、房間空調嚴重不暖，我被凍了一晚上、水果咬下去是爛的，吐了出來、早餐菜品稀少且跟不上 等等。不再一一説了，真的雷區好多！！！避雷吧。

It was my husband's birthday, and it happened to be a weekend. The hotel upgraded our room to a lake view, and prepared flowers, cakes and greeting cards in the room, which was full of ceremony.
Every staff member was very nice, and would stop to lead the way when asking for directions.
They were all staff who loved babies very much. Oh, and there were loquat specialty packets for the children.
It is worth mentioning that in addition to the comfortable room, the breakfast is a must-eat, with exquisite meals and thoughtful service.

蘇州四季的服務也太好了吧！住過很多奢牌酒店，這家的服務還是讓我不由驚歎的。酒店很適合親子，無邊泳池風景絕絕子，兩個小童樂園又好玩顏值又高。早餐廳中餐廳都很好吃！真的值得再刷！
