是自建房改建的，房主人挺好的，還幫忙搬電動車，非常感謝，位置離租電動車的地方很近，很方便，出去也有很多商店。有些設施不是很新，馬桶有一點鬆動，不影響使用。

民宿就在林屋洞景區邊上，停完車走過去非常方便，邊上有家小超市，價格很親民，比景區邊的便宜很多，邊上也有新能源充電樁，挺方便的。木潯的床的參數標錯了，後來給換了清風。不過好像還是木潯裝修更新，牆面乾淨，也沒煙味。清風有明顯的煙味，其他還好。衞生間淋蓬頭的水很大，不小心噴到淋浴間外面了，發現外面沒有下水，衹好用掃帚掃掉一點，需要改進一下。

設施：各種電器都挺新的 空調給力 淋浴頭水量足 温度合適
衞生：很乾凈 四件套應該是棉麻的 挺舒服
環境：周邊都很安靜 早上起來陽光很好 遠處都是綠色
服務：我是從蘇州市區騎電驢過去一日遊的 店家幫忙給充了電

不知道從哪裡可以進來蚊子🦟，兒子這一夏天第一次被咬就是在這裏了，晚上醒來好幾次。 反正價格實惠，老闆人也不錯，就勉勉強強這樣過吧。

總體來説還算滿意的，就可能衞生方面還有待提高一下下哦！五一出遊，本來想去林屋洞的，最後到了地點才被告知從二月開始就在檢修了。最後去了明月灣古村落，石公山沒有去。西山島在麼説呢，沒啥可逛的，可能真的也衹有這樣林屋洞、明月灣可以玩一下。
