The hotel environment, location and service are all very good. I would like to thank Julie for her enthusiasm and kindness. She took the initiative to communicate with me before check-in, prepared the room in advance, and upgraded the room type for free. Even if it is not during working hours, I can contact her in time and solve the problem quickly. Because my flight was at midnight. My check-out time was extended to 4 pm. A box of mooncakes was also given for the Mid-Autumn Festival🥮 For less than 1k yuan, I experienced the one-to-one butler service that only 10,000 yuan hotels have. I hid in the hotel during the typhoon and found that the restaurant on the first floor was delicious and the wine was also delicious~

酒店服務員都很熱心態度很好，小朋友很喜歡室內泳池。酒店地段很方便，去周邊商場都有地下通道能走，颱風天一點都沒淋濕。

服務很好 房間也很乾凈 就是酒店電視系統着實有些舊了 但總體很好！White接待的也很好！特別感謝～

服務非常滿意，中秋節還特意送了月餅禮盒～還送了小朋友小零食，酒店的裝修風格也很特別～食物很新鮮～遺憾的是因為颱風，早餐沒有吃上😭，下次有機會還會選擇這個凱悦酒店～特別感謝管家Julie的服務，很用心，很細緻～
