和一般酒店入住有點不同，這個酒店需要進門上電梯到二樓是前台。
酒店是二樓到五樓，但是三樓是沒有電梯的，並且二樓前台附近就有房間，是一個回字形的格局，前台在當中。導致有些房間會比較吵。並且到酒店前台會有一段據説酒店特地設計的斜坡，其實這個斜坡特別不方便。尤其對有些年紀的。然後三樓就是在二樓回字中疊加了一層樓梯。
整體來説，酒店的格局個人不是很喜歡，東一塊，西一塊的。但是服務還是好的，有求必應，辦完入住掃碼添加管家微信，有事找前台電話或者微信管家都可以。因為住在3樓沒電梯，所以行李前台也會幫你拎上去。前台幾位小哥哥小姐姐真的很辛苦。
房間內配件設施不錯，比之前住的某朵好多了。但是不知為什麼房間內有股臭味，建議房間裏配點無火香薰或者香包。
非週末有接站服務，是別克商務車。
早餐衹能説是能吃飽的，基礎的都有。但蘋果汁裏有不明物質，應該是塑料圈掉在裏面，重點是也一直沒有服務人員發現。還有素質一般的把用來夾菜的夾子用完直接放回菜裏的。真的一言難盡。

酒店服務很好，每個服務人員都很熱情周到，升級了房間，房間挺大的，還有浴缸。就是帶狗狗的建議給靠走道盡頭的安靜的房間，否則晚上狗狗警覺，容易吠。

來蘇州住安渡真的太舒服了，房間特別安靜，休息的也很好，小小的門臉裏面大有乾坤，酒店設計的也很好，格局設計的很好，三分離很方便，位置也很贊，酒店斜對過的生煎很好吃
