Hotels near Hanshan Temple, Suzhou

Awesome! Everything was perfect in my stay with my family. I arrived in the evening and was looking for dining options only to realise they serve dinner in the hotel so it was convenient. However, they mostly had sea food options so you can talk to the waitress to advise on other options available. It's also close to shopping malls where you can get restaurants. Checking in was fast and they only required to copy my passport together with my family's and voila! The room was spacious enough and they provided toiletries for occupants. You can be provided with an extra key in case you need. The hotel has a nice theme park indoors for kids, quite convenient for families and also have a swimming pool. They also have a luggage storage service and the front desk are bilingual - speaking English. Overall all was well for the one day stay.

The room is very clean and spacious. Also, the staff are all very friendly and helpful, always ready to solve any difficulties we had.

The hotel environment is superb. All the service staff are very warm and polite. The hotel has an underground garage and an elevator to the lobby for easy luggage. This is a garden-style hotel with a beautiful environment suitable for taking pictures. The room is not big, but the items are complete. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the bath water is super fun. It's so refreshing to take a bath after a day. The toiletries are also very good. They also thoughtfully prepared hand soap, laundry detergent and moisturizer for the guests, and the quality is relatively good. The only shortcoming is that there is no smart toilet. The room attendant is also very kind and answers all questions. The breakfast variety is complete and the dining experience is very good. The hotel has a restaurant, Aozao Noodles, and there are not many restaurants around. Simple food includes wonton, Anhui Banmian, local Suzhou cuisine, and local people's dumplings are very delicious and can be taken away in plastic.

I love this hotel location. Room seems new. I was only in 苏州overnight, so closeness to the MRT is a big plus, to get from/to the train station. Hotel is right outside gate 6 of leqiao MRT station. It is also within walking distance (2–3km) to many of the gardens. In total I saw 4 gardens, but could have seen a fifth. The main food street is close by. The staff were attentive to enthusiastic. I was grateful for the map and water that they gave me. There was much variety for breakfast, and I stuck to fruit, vegetables, orange juice and coffee. Note that there is no safe in the room, which didn't bother me. The staff also held my bag for me when I checked out to visit more gardens before my afternoon train to Shanghai.

this has to be my longest review on Trip as this hotel & the entire vibes is really good for our 3 nights!! super comfy room, clean, toilet is really nice & clean too. it has a laundry room w a dryer as well. there was construction right outside the hotel, but its usually during the time when we were out of our room so it didn’t really matter to us. also, the location is superb, right next to a shopping/food street & near to the metro so its easily accessible. special mention to the staff of the hotel, they were super friendly & helpful!! the stay was enjoyable mostly thanks to them 😆 i think it was the owner (?) who was really enthusiastic in welcoming us & one of the 小哥哥 even helped us with the luggages 😆 also, the 小姐姐 answered our questions & gave recommendations for what’s to eat around. 想谢谢客栈的员工们 他们都太热情太友善了哈哈哈以后来苏州玩一定会再回来住的～

Cool cozy hotel in Suzhou. Stayed one night only. Walking distance to Guanqianzhe, new area with plenty of food and entertainment places. There was a metro nearby but we mostly used DiDi. Room was spacious and clean with all the amenities, they even provided Chinese tea. They also had a robot butler to bring us extra water. Just wished there was a bidet or hose in the toilet for more convenience. A good stay overall.

Overall the hotel is in a good location, just opposite the tourist area - Pingjiang Road. It was a pity that the hotel driveway was having works as it made taking of didi really tough with the heavy traffic around. It was wonderful that they provide a laundry room that is FOC, but we met terrible hotel guests who removed my family clothes from both washer and dryer when they were still wet. More consideration into how such acts could be prevented could be in place. Hotel breakfast and gym were both basic. Special mention to Front Desk Officer Amanda (on duty on evening of 28 Dec) whose service was excellent.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The location is very convenient, nit far from Suzhou train station. There are two subway stations nearby, line 6 and kine 8. The hotel is very neat and tidy. When areiving to the hotel, Ms. Xiaochen (小陈） received us with joy and provided a free room upgrade. Later, she often send some everything snacks to our room. She is very professional and kind. Upon checking out, the fornt desk did not understand how to issue a receipt for foreign APP, but after contacting Xiaochen, she solved it shortly. I highly recommend this hotel, and definitely book in it again when visiting Suzhou. 这家酒店很漂亮和干净。位置很方便，离苏州火车站不远。附近有两个地铁站，6号线和8号线。这家酒店非常整洁。入住酒店时，小陈热情接待了我们，并为我们提供了免费客房升级。后来，她经常把一些小吃送到我们的房间。她非常专业和善良。退房时，前台不知道如何为外国APP开具收据，但在联系了小陈后，她很快就解决了。我强烈推荐这家酒店，以后回苏州时一定会再次预订。

I've booked two nights of family size apartment (which is really spacious and impressive with its views). Unfortunately, I had a fly in the ointment after the first night there. Receptionist called me at 2 o'clock and informed me, that it's time to check out. I was slightly puzzled and went downstairs to the lobby right after the call. They told me again about checking out, so I showed them my booking information, they also seemed confused and concerned. Fortunately, they solved this issue, but I'd say it's my first time to face such ridiculous issue, although they claim themselves as a 5 star hotel. I hope they'll improve their service and booking system.

One of the best hotel in Suzhou. It was so clean and looks like new hotel having many facilities!!! 4 stars hotel but having services like 5 stars hotel Value for money! Hotel location is just next to ”Yingchun Lu” metro station very convinient for us to go everywhere while we are in Suzhou
