Family room is big with 2 queen beds. Room is clean and amenities provided is good with water dispenser machine, teabag and coffee mix at floor level. Newly built located next to arte hotel. However, there is no shower curtain, as such the floor is pretty wet after each shower. It may be good that there are more hooks or hangers provided in a family room for 4 pax use. Location - near many good eateries and restaurants, and drinking places. CU is just opposite the hotel which is a plus. For travellers who are not driving, its a hassle to pull your bag through uneven pavement to find the hotel. (Nearest suwon city hall stop). We requested for leave luggage at reception which was obliged before and after check in and out.

The front desk gave us information about where to eat and where to rent umbrellas since it looked like it was going to rain, which was very helpful. The shampoo dispenser in our room happened to be out of order, so we were glad they kindly showed us around. The picture in the room is as shown in the picture. It is convenient to travel. The outside of the hotel may look a bit old. It does not look very clean. But in the room, the cleanliness is 5 points. Everything is complete. Toothbrush, body lotion, facial cream for both men and women, comb, hair dryer, hair straightener. There is tea and coffee in the room. You can come empty-handed and stay. The bed is soft, the pillows are good, the blanket is warm, the air is cool, the water flows, very convenient 👍👍👍

I booked to stay after the SM Town concert. The road was blocked and I walked, but it was close to the Suwon World Cup Stadium. I checked in late at night after 12 o'clock. Even though it was a relatively cheap room, I had a bathtub and used it well. It was good to be able to get an ice cup for free on the first floor. The water came out well and the bathroom and the room were large. Stayed well.
