Suwon Hotels with Wifi

"Due to a change of circumstances, I stayed 2 nights despite I booked 4 nights. I tried to send them an email on 12 February's evening to cancel my stay on 16 February, but they replied to me on 13 February that I could only cancel 3 days in advance. I understood that I sent them late on 12 February, but I didn't know the cut-off time and I had an emergency to shorten my trip. It was my second time staying here. I am not sure if the settings were different since I was assigned a different room. This time, they provided disposable slippers (which was good for hygiene's reason) and there was a smart toilet seat (also good for me!). I had a problem turning off the 2 nights beside my bed and when I tried to ask the front desk, there was no one available (looks like they don't have any staff on duty after 23:00). The problem was resolved by unplugging the key card that I was asked to insert to turn on the power of the room (not sure if this is the right way to do that though). Another issue was that I was waken up by music before 8am on the next day (I had an early flight the day before and I really needed the sleep). I found the source - It came from the loud speakers of a car which stopped in front of the construction site next to the hotel. There were 2 men with banners and they seemed to be protesting about something? The music was so loud that I could hear very clearly on the 6th Floor. There were stains on the carpet, but the cleanliness was okay overall. The parking spaces are too few and this is something the hotel needs to improve. All in all, it was a good value for money. The location was good - there were lots of restaurants, convenience stores nearby and a huge supermarket in walking distance. If I go to Suwon again, I may choose this hotel again."

"The bed is good. The cleanliness is perfect. I have rhinitis, so if the cleaning is not good, my nose gets blocked, but here I slept well with my nose unclogged. The room is spacious. I couldn't help but think, ”Is this much space worth this price?” There were some cons, such as there being no bathtub, the hotel facilities were lacking, there were steps when getting on and off the elevator, and there was a lot of noise from the next room, and people talking in the hallway could be heard, but it's not bad."

"This is the best value hotel I've ever been to. It's so clean and has two queen-sized beds, so it's enough for 4 people to sleep together. The room size is twice that of a regular hotel. The water pressure is also really strong, and they give you 4 bottles of water. However, the fact that there's no bidet in the bathroom seems a bit out of place for a hotel. The faucet is also American standard, so I wonder why there's no bidet. Oh, and there's a lot of thumping noise from the upper floor, so if you're sensitive, please take note. Still, this is the best hotel you can find in this price range."

"It small but very clean. Best of all the room very beautiful and the mattress is firm. They have all ladies floor. I would love to know the mattress brand that you used. For the first time I don’t have painful back pain. Thank you"

"It was a comfortable stay. The room was clean and it had a nice bathtub which came in handy to have a nice soak from being out in the cold. Just one thing : it wasn't all that sound proof. Was able to hear the people next door sometimes. But overall I enjoyed staying at the hotel"

"Nice hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly and the facilities are clean. The pool area is also nice but be careful in bad weather. The breakfast is standard for the price but had a reasonable variety."

"The location is in Inje-dong, so it's good for hanging out. It's okay for three friends to stay. Best of all, they provide valet parking."

"I ended up arriving early and was willing to wait for my room to be ready, but my room was ready, and I was able to go in. Everything was very clean, and the service was top-notch. It was pretty easy to get around and not too bad if you had to take a taxi. The area wasn't noisy. There were plenty of places to eat, including a healthy sandwich shop around the corner. I wish I could remember the name, but the ingredients were fresh, and there was English available, so no guessing. The place is like a Salady, but for sandwiches. Anyway, I had a great stay and would definitely stay there again."

"I had issues with the room’s air quality and lack of adequate temperature control during my recent stay. The room was only equipped with a heating system in winter, making the air feel stuffy and uncomfortable, especially at night. Unfortunately, there was no fan or air conditioning available to help with the situation. Additionally, the room service was subpar, with meals arriving cold and dry."
