Hotels with Parking in Suwon

This was my first visit to Suwon, and I had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, looked just like the photos, and the bed was comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. I arrived late, but check-in was easy, and the staff were very kind and helpful even though I don’t speak Korean. One evening, I wanted to order Korean fried chicken but couldn’t use the local delivery apps, so the front desk helped me place the order. I really appreciated their help and enjoyed eating the chicken in my room. There are restaurants and a 24-hour convenience store nearby, and it was easy to take a taxi to Suwon Hwaseong. I would stay here again.

I always book this hotel for my business trips. The environment is nice, and it's close to my company. There's a Lotte Department Store nearby, which is convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast spread is quite good, and the service is excellent.

The location is excellent, near the station. There's ample parking in front of the hotel. The interior and layout are both very comfortable and well-appointed. The bathtub was especially nice. Highly recommended if you're looking for a clean and comfortable hotel.

Family room is big with 2 queen beds. Room is clean and amenities provided is good with water dispenser machine, teabag and coffee mix at floor level. Newly built located next to arte hotel. However, there is no shower curtain, as such the floor is pretty wet after each shower. It may be good that there are more hooks or hangers provided in a family room for 4 pax use. Location - near many good eateries and restaurants, and drinking places. CU is just opposite the hotel which is a plus. For travellers who are not driving, its a hassle to pull your bag through uneven pavement to find the hotel. (Nearest suwon city hall stop). We requested for leave luggage at reception which was obliged before and after check in and out.

You could tell the housekeeping team paid great attention to detail, making for a truly comfortable stay. The hotel's ambiance is superb. It's conveniently located, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The hotel's interior design is simple yet elegant, and the public areas are clean and quiet. The soundproofing is excellent too, so I wasn't disturbed at all and had a very restful sleep. The service was impeccable! The front desk staff were warm and professional. Check-in and check-out were quick, and they were always prompt in responding to any requests. Their attentiveness throughout made me feel especially welcome. The room facilities were complete and brand new. The deluxe twin room was spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the toiletries were of good quality. All the amenities were well-provided, perfectly meeting my travel needs. Whether you're traveling solo or on a business trip, this hotel is an excellent choice. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit and have already recommended it to my friends!

It's a very clean and practical place to stay. The room condition was almost exactly as shown in the photos. The bedding was neat and tidy, which made a great first impression. ❤️ The mattress was firm enough to sleep well without sinking in. The jacuzzi was large and deep, making it a great place to soak. It's the best! Overall, it's a great value, and it's perfect for those who value cleanliness and practicality. :)

Although the building seems a bit dated, the room—including the bathroom, bed, and table—was spotless, so you don't need to worry about hygiene at all. The owner was also very kind. I left my luggage before check-in and asked about the neighborhood's safety; I was really grateful that they gave me their business card and told me to call if anything happened, even though it is a safe area. It might have been a coincidence, but when I checked in, they assigned me a room close to the front desk, which gave me a great sense of security even when returning late at night. I highly recommend this place for solo female travelers. Thank you, owner!

It's close to a lively area, and there's a 24-hour convenience store right outside, which is very convenient. However, for check-in, you need to call the front desk to get the building's access code. If you don't have a phone, please be aware of this.

I have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.

Room size was smaller than I expected and a basin is located outside of toilet and it has moldy smell. Parking was permitted and location was good. Probably good for singles but not good for family. It is just like 'motel' grade accommodation.
