There was a mildew smell in the bathrobes, soaps, and room. Unfortunately even when we called for new robes, the new ones smelled just as bad. Also, the Trip rating of the hotel is 4 stars, but the actual hotel is only a 3 star hotel. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here because of the mildew smells in the robes and toiletry products.

I ended up arriving early and was willing to wait for my room to be ready, but my room was ready, and I was able to go in. Everything was very clean, and the service was top-notch. It was pretty easy to get around and not too bad if you had to take a taxi. The area wasn't noisy. There were plenty of places to eat, including a healthy sandwich shop around the corner. I wish I could remember the name, but the ingredients were fresh, and there was English available, so no guessing. The place is like a Salady, but for sandwiches. Anyway, I had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is in a good location. The staffs were friendly too.

Quite a distance to walk from the nearest subway station, and the road there was not the smoothest...with many constructions ongoing. But the room was quite big. Toiletries, one floor towel, one standard sized bath towel, and four smaller bath towels were provided.

It was clean, spacious, and the bed was so soft! It was also nice that there was a freezer! I will use it again next time I visit Suwon!!

We stayed at the hotel for one night. In the evening we explored the Suwon fortress. The hotel is located near historical sites. There is its own parking. The breakfast is mediocre. Overall a positive rating.

The location is good and it's clean. The breakfast is good. If you can get it for under 100,000 won, it seems like a good value for money.

The hotel building is a bit old, but The hotel room condition was good and it was quiet! And there is a convenience store nearby, so it is convenient. The hotel breakfast was also good! The staff is friendly!

There is a lot of space for breakfast, which includes hot dishes, cold dishes, kimchi, soup, lettuce salad, 2 kinds of bread, muffins, egg dishes, 2 kinds of corn flakes, a variety of drinks, etc. The overall dishes are more Korean, but the taste is acceptable and you can eat very full! If I come to Suwon again next time, I will probably choose this hotel again. The room is big and comfortable.
