The furniture is old and shabby. Wardrobe doors make an annoying squeaky sound every time. The safe did not work. The room was dark, there wasn't enough light. The bed linen had stains when we arrived, so I called and asked housekeeping to come and change at least the sheet. So they did, but the new one also had some stains. I gave up. The towels are really old. I think this hotel was too expensive for what we got.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. When I checked in, they explained everything to me in detail, which made me feel very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is directly connected to Suwon Station, so you can enjoy shopping and gourmet food to your heart's content. If I have the opportunity to go to Suwon again, this is a hotel I would definitely like to stay at.

The front desk gave us information about where to eat and where to rent umbrellas since it looked like it was going to rain, which was very helpful. The room is a bit small but adequate. Very clean. The location is very good. There is a big Starbucks downstairs. If you go out at midnight, there are several small bars where you can eat and drink beer. There is also 24/7/11. The front desk staff all speak very good English. If I go again in March, I will definitely stay here again.

I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.

On the third morning, I went out and told the front desk to clean the room. The front desk has a big age... The poor English plus Korean means that it is cleaned when you check out. I have to have a few clean towels...
