The stay was very good. It was a serviced apartment. The only thing was that it was cleaned every two days. But the room was very beautiful. There were several swimming pools. We experienced both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The stay was very comfortable. My wife and I liked the style very much. The breakfast was also very good. It was great. A small accident happened here. Here, I would like to thank the staff and paramedics of Langham Hotel Eric and Jacob. During the stay, my eight-year-old brother was stung by a water lily while surfing, and his right arm was scratched by the tentacles. He reacted violently and asked for help immediately. Although the lifeguards on the shore handled it simply, I decided to go back to the hotel for more support. Jacob, the manager of the hotel front desk, quickly provided a spray, but the effect was not obvious. Later, Eric, a sunny boy-type security guard, helped us find white vinegar. After soaking, the pain was relieved. In fact, this bag of white vinegar is easy to spill everywhere and smells very strong, but Eric said it’s okay and he will clean it up later. It’s more important to help the children first. Because of the shock, my brother began to feel sore throat and numbness in his hands and feet. Eric immediately called an ambulance, which arrived five minutes later. He praised our previous handling and suggested that my brother soak in hot water. After professional care, my brother's pain was relieved by 80%, and he finally decided to return to the sea.

Be sure to write a note. I booked a sea view room, but it was arranged on the 6th floor. I couldn't see anything. Finally, I communicated with the front desk and found out that I had to pay 200 Australian dollars per night to upgrade to the 15th floor. After negotiation, I finally paid 100 Australian dollars per night in cash to upgrade to a sea view room on the 15th floor. Foreigners are very mean.

The location is a bit far from the center, there are no restaurants or supermarkets nearby, but it is close to the tram station. There are a lot of people in the outdoor swimming pool. The room is very large, the equipment is new and clean. The staff are very friendly👍🏻

The room is big, the service is great, and the sea view is unbeatable. Great!
