Good and convenient in location

This is my second time staying at this hotel, also happy with the stay. The staff very nice and cafe downstair is incredible. Will have next time for sure!!

Very bad, I booked almost a month in advance, but when I checked in on the day of my stay, the staff said the hotel was full and would refund me. I booked two rooms. The management was very bad. The staff came and said they thought it was cancelled. Very confused. I always pass on this kind of hotel.

Clean rooms, close to places to eat, convenient travel, receptionist has good service.

The hotel is near a mall, restaurant, gas station. There are many places to eat and visit nearby. Ample parking Below the hotel there is a cafe. There is no elevator at the hotel. Walking up the stairs isn't very tiring. You can park your car at the hotel and walk to find something to eat. The room has a view of the surrounding area. The room is spacious.

Very good service, comfortable atmosphere in the room, convenient travel. If going, will go back to stay again. But the room doesn't keep much sound. And the person next to the room had no respect for the other guests at all. It was more than 1 a.m. and he was still making loud noises without any consideration. Thank you to the staff who answered the phone. Then come and clear up the problem.

On way back from Koh Samui, my family and I stayed 1N in Surat Thani to catch early morning flight for Bangkok. We chose this hotel beacusr of its close proximity to Surat Thani Airport bus station. Rooms were spacious and clean with concrete flooring and no tiles. There was no elevator in the hotel. Instead of taking bus to airport (cost 100B/pax), we ended up hiring a people carrier. Whilst searching for airport bus terminal, we randomly spoke to a pickup driver on the street and after little bargain agreed the trip price to 400B for all 6 persons. Driver showed up the next morning right on time for the pickup. Night Market, Halal food street and Public Park were worth visiting for delicious food and sunset views.
