3-Star Hotels in Subang Jaya

A bit pricey with no any facilities attached. Even going to the Lagoon must also paying full price. Suggest to have discount for resort/hotel guests. Non Malaysian paying even higher

I booked this hotel for my friend who wanted to transit temporarily. She want to move to Subang Jaya early the next morning. Overall, this hotel is quite comfortable to stay in, but needs to give more attention to the cleanliness aspect. Beside that, there is no parking for guest provided.

Everything ok until I heard my daughter screaming. Found out, there's a cockroach in the bathroom died after she stepped. Room small, not suit for prayers. Aircond, they reset it. But still after that it warm back. My mom swet until the morning. The worker's are polite and nice. Tak ambil gambar, malas.

The best thing abt this hotel is it's location other than that it's not that good. I stayed there for 2 nights, the room had ants in it and the towels, bedsheets and pillows had stains on them. The interior is very old and everything needs to be replaced. Overall I would say this entire hotel needs an upgrade asap cuz it's not that good. My main issue was the ants tbh.

The room was clean, toilet amenities such as toothbrush and shower cap are provided. Water pressure was good and aircon was excellent. Extra pillow is chargeable at RM10 each. 2 bottled water provided complementary. We asked the cafe worker for the complimentary breakfast option, he responded wtih nasilemak and meehoon goreng; coffee and tea are free flow from the dispenser. The coffee and tea were luke warm and tasteless; meehoon and nasi lemak were very cold. We saw the menu listed on the board and ordered another set of breakfast that consists of croissant, americano and half/softboiled which we asked for softboiled. At the same time, the worker then informed that our nasilemak set also comes with the same option of eggs, I wonder why didn't he informed earlier. The coffee were freshly brewed but nothing near to being good, croissant was hard and we were served with half boiled eggs instead of the softboiled we requested and what made it worse was they were not even half boiled, more like 1/4 boiled, not forgetting there were chicken dropping stuck on the egg when served. For the price paid (RM103), the room is satisfactory. Keep your stomach for other food nearby. Don't miss the famous Warung Opah nasi lemak right next to it at the corner.

Values every ringgit I've spent. Room, utilities are all clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Strategic location with shops all around. Even have musollas for Muslims to pray other than in the room. Best budget hotel I've been so far. Only downside was the parking. Very limited lot, and extremely hard to get one during office hours. My idea was, to get your parking, better to come later at night. Simply check in and goes for a tour around KL, then come back to the hotel to rest at night. Other than that, I personally am truly satisfied.

There were so many problems with my 5-night stay I don't know where to begin. They are best summarised by 2 main points- 1) Poor cleanliness of the general areas, but especially of the bedroom. There were stains on all the pillow cases and duvet cover, all of which did not looked or smelled like they were freshly laundered. There were long strands of hair on the bed and under the duvet (I have very short hair, hence not mine). All of the above makes me suspect they don't change the sheets between guests. My room was only refreshed once, on the third day. In-room safe was broken which meant I had to haul all my valuables out with me everyday. 2) The staff were apathetic and could not care less. 4 of the 5 nights, there was loud noise into the early hours of the morning (combination of someone watching videos/listening to music and people talking loudly) from the reception area and rooftop which reverberates through the 2 internal lightwell, which in turn reverberates through most of the rooms. I had to yell at them to keep it down on 2 nights (which did not really help!). The worst part is, the culprits were probably staff members hanging out with their mates.

Homestay dekat dengan kedai² and mall so tak perlu pergi jauh utk cari makan / keperluan harian.. Good services from them bcs also give an instruction for check in and check out process! Recommended to those who wanted to bring small family or friend here 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
