The room is very clean and tidy. It is a nursing home in Kuala Lumpur, where rich elderly people live. I feel it is quieter than a normal hotel. I chose this hotel by accident because I watched Andy Lau. If I go to Kuala Lumpur again in the future, I will continue to choose this hotel (I don’t mind that there is a hospital next to it 🏥friend)

Summer Oscar Boutique... i stayed there for 2 nights ,overall the service and stay are ok... quiet..

GGuest UserSuper enjoyed and great service by front desk upon check in (Karen & Justina). Even check out was smooth and easy. House keeping service was quick with fast set up for the extra bed. Definitely would come back again. Location is terrific too with Lagoon & Mall just a stone’s throw away. Love it very much. 🥰☺️

TteikfaiParking in that area is chaotic especially 9am, I need to park at a shopping mall. Cleanliness overall ok except for the bed & Lobby sofa, very itchy when sit and sleep. The lobby in there is also quite warm as some aircon turns off . Customer chat service is very good and fast.

MMonthly TravellerRoom generally good for price paid for. Would be ideal for an electric-kettle & mini-bar to be provided in room. Toilet paper is of poor quality,too thin & easily torn during usage after cleaning up motion.
Also,there was no such drinks self-dispensing-machine at hotel lobby. Picture posted (2nd.pic) need to be updated.
There’s one bad incident. At 9.44am on 19/11/24,it was very noisy. There was drilling & other works going on first floor. Noise made woke us up & was too loud to continue sleeping!

GGuest UserThere is car park in the hotel building which is convenient, flat rate RM8 if give your credit card or TnG with receptionist. Check in is smooth and friendly. The room is quite spacious and looks clean.
However, there is issue of cockroach, once I enter the room and switch on the lights, a few baby cockroaches were running to hide and I stepped on them! Later when I lie on the bed, one small cockroach appear in front of pillow and then quickly hid away, I wasn’t able to smash it. Management should really look into this issue, it would be really dangerous if it gets into our ears or mouth when we are sleeping.
Other than this, all others are good.

GGuest UserThis hotel, in my opinion, is in the perfect location. It's attached to the Empire mall, which is an excellent mall. This means there are many amenities other than the hotel. It's close to SS15, Subang Jaya Hospital, and some of Subangs best restraunts. I love staying here as it's easy to walk to most places. It's also very quiet at night for good sleep as long as you're not next to the metro light rail, which can be accessed by walking in 12-15 minutes. My issues with the hotel are terrible TV reception and not many channels that can be watched. Also, they need to upgrade the rooms, and maintenance is needed; quality maintenance. With that being said, I think the price is good for what you get.

GGuest UserIt was a very enjoyable stay. The room is clean and changes the towels daily and clean up the place. Location is perfect. Shopping & eating is so convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Perfect place to stay for vacation or business.

WWHNGI’m quite sure that a better job could be done by the team instead of ignoring my queries on the following:
1. I selected a room stated that has windows; stayed in a room with only walls around unable to access any outside view 😕
2. I selected a room listed to have a TV; stayed in a room that has no TV leading to a pretty boring night 😮💨
3. I selected a room that I was made to believe a washing machine is included as per listed amenities; stayed in a room where no washing machine is to be seen 🫤
The above matters were raised in the WhatsApp group chat but to no avail, none of the team members within the group chat responded, so needless to expect any concerns showed on my stay being hospitable. The next text that got in the group chat was already informing me about checkout, as though my queries were entirely nonexistent.
I’m sorry but it’s a rather disappointing experience after so many umpteenth stays I previously had.
