the cleanliness was good, the location was good, the service was good, the amenities was excellent, water heater gone normal, but the air condition was tribble, its seem look like a canyon in the room lol. wanna to give the feedback to the hotel but it was to night. but overall every went to subang i always choose this hotel, because with the affordable price you got a nice experiment. thanks

It's an old, shabby hotel that not recommendable. It smelt like a cig in the room, water leaked out of the air conditioner. It's also way too expensive considering the overall quality.

I booked two single rooms. The room was above the main road. If you can't sleep with a noise please not to book on to this room. Very friendly staff. As a Ramadhan, the restaurant open from 4am. The foods displayed as a buffet, if you are not doing a fasting try to ask to have breakfast ala carte when you up. But the time end on 8am. Avoid a ramadhan to booked on this hotel or make arrangements before you book.

The reception is very friendly. But the AC is leaking and not cold, a strategic place in my opinion. And the 1st room building has a glass door that opens and closes so when you smoke, it's tight, even though it's no longer a smoking room. Overall, it's ok. This price. The place is also strategic

Breakfast is very little and the taste is not good, the taste of dinner is still okay... the price is slightly different from the hotels in Lembang. Fortunately, I just booked one night at Betha Hotel 😅

The hotel is good, the rooms are quite comfortable, but the cleanliness is really lacking, like the dining table, drinking utensils in the room, very dusty, the teapot looks like it has never been cleaned, the dining table, the chairs, the coasters too, my suggestion is that the cleanliness should be improved further to make it more comfortable and you can book again for the next time. Breakfast at 9.20 was not refilled... AC and TV remotes didn't work... Good service
