After checking in, there was no paper towel in the room. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk, and they were not proactive in solving the problem. I notified the front desk myself the next day. The front desk said that the security guard didn't understand English or something. I left a note for the front desk who understood English. The front desk who was on duty the next day still didn't deliver it to the room. The service was not enthusiastic and they didn't pay much attention to the feedback. When I checked in, I confirmed that there was a laundry room, but they didn't actively provide laundry detergent and instructions for use. There was no signboard for the laundry room, which was very difficult to notice. I didn't find it until the next day. I wanted to wash my clothes on the first day, but I wasted time and didn't wash them.

Stayed in the Porsche Design Hotel Stuttgart for one night. It is similar to some of the better business chain hotels in China. Staying in this hotel doesn't even feel like going abroad. There is a carpet in front of the bed. There are some Porsche-style photos and stickers in the hotel. One thing is particularly good. This hotel does not charge parking fees. This is the only hotel in Europe that does not charge for underground garages, so if you want to save some parking fees, you can stay here. There is a small dining area on the first floor, where you can buy some bread, cakes, sandwiches, coffee, black tea, etc., all delicious! Although it is not the kind of luxurious buffet breakfast of chain hotels, it is really delicious. All cakes and breads in Germany are delicious. There is a Porsche 4S store on the left hand of the hotel downstairs, and a Toyota on the right hand. The Mercedes-Benz 4S store is not far away. But Stuttgart is not very big anyway. If you travel by car, I recommend you turn right and go up the mountain and then turn left around the island. There is an observation tower where you can see the panoramic view of Stuttgart, which is pretty good. In other parts, the two bottles of water in the room are soda sparkling water. There are also kettles and towels. In short, there is no big problem and you can stay.

”Insider tip” for everyone who wants to live in absolute peace (as long as the other guests are mi**aching) in the most beautiful district of Stuttgart and still be able to reach the city on foot or by bus in a few minutes and doesn't need a restaurant. The wellness area is very good considering the size of the hotel, especially the sauna. Only the ”fitness room” is a windowless little room. The parking situation is also bad: the hotel has around 12 spaces, with more guests it gets tight. All residential streets are subject to a fee, but only on weekdays

This hotel is located in the Mercedes-Benz Center, next to the Porsche Stadium. It takes five minutes to walk to the Mercedes-Benz Museum. There is also a tram museum nearby. It is estimated to take ten minutes to drive. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to the Porsche Museum. It takes about an hour to walk 4.5 kilometers to the city center.

We didn’t have a good first impression as the room wasn’t cleaned when we entered after getting the key from the check-in desk. We were asked to wait while they cleaned it, but since it was already late (6 PM), we requested a room change. Aside from the initial issue, everything else was just okay.

When you come into the hotel there is such a nice smell, the surroundings were also very good😍. The room... very clean and all the staff are friendly. What I missed in the room was a shoehorn😅. But otherwise, as I said, everything was very good.🤗🤭
