Spacious room. 10 min walk from Fridhemsplan station. Breakfast is great, but not a lot of options. Hotel staff are very nice. As it is located in a residential area, it feels safe and quiet, but not many restaurants nearby.

Fantastic hotel customer service provided by the staff, hotel was very clean and the food they served for breakfast was fantastic.

Had a mixed experience. The room size was good, but the in-room amenities were just okay. The breakfast, however, was excellent with a wide variety of options. The major drawback was the absence of a king-size duvet for the king bed. This was unexpected for an international hotel in a big city like Stockholm.

If slippers are provided, then this hotel will be near perfection!

We stayed there 3 nights. First night arrived very late and didn’t feel the staffs were warm, went to the room and got a twin beds rather than a king bed. Came downstairs and was told hotel was fully booked and they just looked at us like it’s our fault. The room is also dusty and feels a room hasn’t been used for a while. Second morning, the staff were really good, sort out the problem and saying it was the booking problem. We got one day breakfast for compensation.

Nice and clean hotel conveniently located near a train station, hearty breakfast spread and friendly hotel staff. Definitely will stay there again.

The hotel is very nice and buffet breakfast spread was very good. Also has a well equipped gym and sauna in the hotel. parking at hotel is on the high side but can park on the paid street parking nearby.
