There is no breakfast despite the fact that it is included in the price - a sign hangs in the room.
The app showed a much lower price and did not indicate that you would have to pay in cash. This is an unacceptable lag - not having mobile payment, there is nothing to expect from foreign tourists with such a condition.

Bu otelde kaldım divan otel harika bir yer herkese tavsiye eder. Vasfiye hanım ve yasemin çok yardımcı oldular. Saraybosna çok iyi otellere ve yemek kültürüne sahip. İnsanları çok iyi mutlaka ziyaret edin. Hediyelik ve çarşılar çok iyidir.

Best spot ever
Amazing! The team is efficient, lovely, and proactive -from picking us up at the airport to giving great recommendations on services nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. I would stay there again and again.

Liten perle midt i byen
Veldig hyggelig liten hotel i midten av byen. alt er i nærheten og fint rom. Noen trafikk støy fra gata men vinduer isolerer mye. Vær oppmerksom at det må betales kontant ved ankomst og at dere melder fra til hotellet når dere kommer siden resepsjon er stort sett ubemannet. Dere kan få telefonnummeret fra hotellet i tilfelle at dere må kontakte noen. Ellers fantastisk og kan anbefales.

عالی بود همه چی هتل بی نظیری بود و خوش گذشت و یک سفر خاطره انگیزی برای ما شد هتل هم بی نظیر بود ما راضی هستیم همه چی عالی batuhan, sgafa,efe,eyup و از کل پرسنل هتل راضی هستیم استانبول هم واقعا محشر بود وکل شهر زیبا بود و مخصوصا کاخ توپکاپی که واقعا من خیلی دوسش داشتم

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights .
The location could not be better ! The old town with food and shopping were but a minute or so away. It is though located on a very busy road that has the tram running along it so it was very loud.
The accommodation was a bit rougher around the edges than expected with some extra cleaning probably needed in some places but not bad for the price.

The great room, its very clean and comfy, and the hotel is beautiful with the best view to old town, and really the best view in the whole Sarajevo! The staff is very polite, they very helpfull, they will explain you everything about Sarajevo if you want. I cant wait to get back in hotel Divan :)

I really enjoyed in this small super boutique hotel which was everything what i needed. On perfect location in Bascarsia, parking is just one minute away with security. And staff is super kind and helpfull. I will come back here definitely!!
