The Premier Ocean View Twin Room is really spacious and beautiful, the ocean view is a MUST if you appreciate relaxing chill time at the balcony. There is a big bath tub, a sofa section and a smaller table with a sofa chair for 1 at a corner of the room. Overall I love the stay ! It has two swimming pool, the one at Ground floor for adult and children and the one at roof top for adult. Do check out the rooftop swimming pool, it has a great view. Breakfast is awesome. Service is good too! Ooh and it has direct beach access after the swimming pool section. You can also walk along the beach and head to Hidden Langkawi for a nice dinner / bar.

It's supposed to be a five star hotel... I would say 4 max. From afar the public areas like the pools and bungalows and gardens are stunning and premium. However the room itself needs a bit of upgrade like the shower system for example (old, rusty and not that clean, the water tap is built incorrectly which made the water leak on the counter then on the floor). The staff however is very professional and friendly.

Our stay at The St. Regis Langkawi was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the personalized service made us feel truly special. The butler service was impeccable, assisting with our check-in and ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. We were delighted to receive a suite upgrade, which made our experience even more luxurious. Breakfast was a highlight, with an excellent à la carte selection and attentive service. The hotel itself offers a serene and peaceful environment, ideal for a relaxing getaway. While the beach does experience low tide with shallow waters at times, it didn’t affect our enjoyment of the resort at all. Overall, The St. Regis Langkawi exceeded our expectations with its exceptional service, beautiful setting, and luxurious touches. Highly recommended for a tranquil and indulgent retreat! I will be back again!

It was a perfect stay. The staffs are nice and friendly. The ocean view with infinite pool at Horizon is breathtaking. The breakfast at Langkawi kitchen is yummy. Unfortunately HAIYAN was not open for breakfast. Will definitely come back!

We booked Premium Ocean Twin Suite, comes with 2 bedrooms (king sized beds). It’s spacious and very comfy place to stay. We love it. It is not directly accessible to the beach but we rented a car so it’s very near with a car ride. Service is excellent. It is actually at the apartment building section since it is a premium suite. We have a small feedback i.e the shower room floor is easily flooded after a shower and took a while for the water to drain out. We have feedback this to the receptionist. The rest was alll good ! We will come back again

I recently stayed in one of their Rainforest Chalets, and it was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. Nestled in the lush greenery of the rainforest, the chalet offered a peaceful escape surrounded by nature’s sounds – perfect for unwinding. The chalet had a warm, rustic charm with a private balcony that opened up to the forest. Inside, it was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities like air conditioning and a spacious bathroom. The wooden floorboards were quite creaky, which was a bit noticeable, especially at night, but it added to the old-world feel of the place. One small but thoughtful gesture really stood out – a staff member came by to restock the minibar without us even asking, and when he noticed we don’t drink alcohol, he kindly offered to replace the beers with soft drinks instead. That level of attentiveness and flexibility really added a personal touch to our stay. The resort itself is large and beautifully maintained, with convenient shuttle service to get around. The staff throughout were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Overall, I’d definitely recommend the Rainforest Chalet at Berjaya Resort for anyone looking for a nature-immersed retreat with great service and comfort – just be prepared for a few creaks and quirks that come with staying in the heart of the rainforest.

I recently stayed at The Westin Langkawi, and it was an incredible experience. Situated right by the beach, the hotel offers breathtaking views that create a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The property is expansive and well-maintained, with a focus on sustainability, including their own organic farming for fresh produce. The breakfast spread was extensive and catered to a wide range of tastes, ensuring a delightful start to the day. While Indian food was available, the options were somewhat limited. However, the quality of the food overall was excellent. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure all our needs were met. I would highly recommend The Westin Langkawi for anyone seeking a luxurious and peaceful beachside getaway. My Room was Garden View

Took me a while to decide on Four Seasons due to slight put off by the location as it was rather secluded on the other side of the island. (which also meant privacy and peace) But was pleasantly and amazingly surprised by them. Booking via Trip, I didn’t expect that the hotel will reach out to me directly to check about my trip and how they can facilitate my plans better. Having booked over Trip numerous times, this was a first. This is also not my rodeo with 5stars on Trip. I felt valued and felt the sincerity the hotel expressed on how much they welcomed my stay and looking forward to my arrival. I arrived early for check-in and the whole process was swift, personal and made me feel extremely welcomed. Before I even asked, the team checked on my flight details out of Langkawi, and arranged for my late check-out to match my flight out so that I can stay rested and enjoy the resort till my very last moments in Langkawi. It surprised me as it was extremely personal and showed how well the hotel treated each guest and placed their needs at their utmost priority. I honestly didn’t expect their thoughtfulness. A resort tour was then arranged on a buggy to show me around the area and to introduced to me the different restaurants and facilities. And then we were showed to our room. Room was dated and had visible signs of wear and tear but all in all was within expectations. Clean and spacious and had a giant tub which filled up rather quickly despite the sizes. Room was well lighted with generous amount of day light. Having shared with the team that I was celebrating my birthday, they arranged for cake and champagne in my room to welcome me. Their service was consistent and I also received great attitudes at their restaurant, Kelapa Grill which served great seafood. Thank you Four Seasons Langkawi for such a memorable stay. Your service have been impeccable. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and warm hospitality. I will most definitely be back.

Overall I had a very nice stay here, their staffs were very helpful and attentive. The resort is a bit secluded but understandable since they have private beach. Remember to arrange ur transportation like renting a car earlier. The Grab price from resorts to other locations are very expensive. And I don’t suggest renting motorcycles coz at night the road that lead to the resort is very dark and eerie I must say haha. The beach was clean, our room was so big and we can turn the tv to our bedside haha! Lotsss of electric plugs. Movies options was a lot. Facilities are also a lot. Bath tub has bath salt okayy yall! The swimming pool near their cafe is a bit scary though coz it’s really deep like head level deep with no life guard on duty. The price of their foods & drinks were definitely on the higher price side. But we didn’t mind coz there was a night market on Friday just 9mins from the resort. The downside is the rooms that are not ocean view don’t have an elevator so it can be tiring to go up and down. They have quite a lot of breakfast options, but the taste are only so so. But i did enjoy my stay here! 🩷

Amazing place for kids! Everyone was so personable and hospitable and my 9yo felt comfortable wandering around the hotel on her own (especially as staff made the effort to learn her name!). She was so happy she wrote a thank you card to Creamy - guest relations extraordinaire :). The kids amenities are super cute and roti canai breakfast super yummy. The Peranakan restaurant super delicious and beautiful too!
