I gave my T-shirts to the laundry, they seemed to have washed them, but the stains remained, the collar was not washed. If in the buffet you can still choose what suits you with the appearance - then Room Service is a complete hell. Visually, in the pictures and in terms of ingredients, it's ok, but in fact, it's just disgusting and doesn't correspond to the ingredients. If you're going to a hotel, fork out for full board, because you can't count on Room Service at all. Or eat outside the hotel. 2) I also didn't like the attitude of the staff. 2.1) On the one hand, it was just really annoying that you have to pay for drinks and goodies in the bar for ”breakfast only” - but maybe that's how it should be. And in the end, you have to go to the reception to have this damn water brought to you. And even if they brought it the first time, you had to wait a long time. And if you come and get aggressive, they brought it in 5 minutes. 3) The room is simply dark. There is no chandelier - there are only 3 lamps. And one of them has to be turned off, because it is on the same outlet as the kettle. If you want to heat water, have even less light. It was uncomfortable in the evenings."

"Travelled with my mother and sister. We had to split between two part. Mother was in beach part and we were in Palm. These are two parts and one has to be very clear about it. Beach is better posher hence more expensive. Especially restaurant! Palm guests can not use Beach restaurant for free. It is 4$charge per meal per guest. Different colours ribbons…. Differentiate guests. Beach and bars and swimming pools could be shared. If one is after reefs and coral fish- forget it! Not the right location."

In the lobby at the reception there is an ATM where you can exchange dollars and euros for Egyptian pounds at a good bank rate. Next to the ATM is a taxi and transfer desk - to the Old Market $ 3, to the airport $ 15 per car. Large, green, blooming and well-kept territory. Excellent attitude of the staff and a clean sea pull the hotel to a confident 4 *. But nothing more. The main pool and surrounding area are under renovation for several more months."

Недалеко Старый город, магазинчики, аптеки, Макдональдс. 2 пляжа, на которые курсирует автобус: платный Пальма 3$ с человека и Терразина бесплатный. Пальма - прозрачная вода, рыбки, кораллы. С детьми не подойдёт. Терразина - мелко, песок, можно с детьми. Разнообразная еда. Много выпечки, свежих овощей и зелени. Детский клуб. Прачечная. Номер просторный. С балкончиком. С кондиционером и ТВ (с программами на русском языке в том числе). Уборка каждый день со сменой полотенец. Очень приятно было, что поздравили с днём рождения тортиком в номер. Данный момент мы никак не обозначали. Бесплатно wi-fi на территории отеля. Можно заказать трансфер или экскурсии прямо в отеле."
