"We had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharm El Sheikh. The resort was beautiful, the service was great, and the food consistently excellent. The room was clean, and the resort itself was fine. Whether lounging by the pool or exploring the beach, everything felt curated and wonderfully maintained. Special thanks to Mr. Atif , the restaurant manager, whose attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly elevated the dining experience. Also, a big appreciation to Mr. Arafah, the talented pie master for his freshly baked pies were a highlight of each day! Highl recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. "Travelled with my mother and sister. We had to split between two part. Mother was in beach part and we were in Palm. These are two parts and one has to be very clear about it. Beach is better posher hence more expensive. Especially restaurant! Palm guests can not use Beach restaurant for free. It is 4$charge per meal per guest. Different colours ribbons…. Differentiate guests. Beach and bars and swimming pools could be shared. If one is after reefs and coral fish- forget it! Not the right location."

"Pros: 1) Very cool territory. Really cool. 2) Warm pool 3) Activities like water polo initiated by the hotel according to the schedule. I got to the match of Russians against Egyptians :) 4) There is a bathroom in the room - and there is really good pressure and really hot water. 5) The music at dinner ”rocks” and whoever sings ”rocks” too, but people listen to it like seals and there is no party vibe. Here the hotel gets a plus for the fact that despite the complete lack of reaction from the listeners - the music and vocals are good and create an effect. 6) There is a gym. Not God knows what - but it is. Average: 1) The buffet is not a fountain, but not terrible either. See Cons Cons: 1) Room Service - the most disgusting and disgusting food that is possible. If in the buffet you can still choose what suits you with the appearance - then Room Service is a complete hell. Visually, in the pictures and in terms of ingredients, it's ok, but in fact, it's just disgusting and doesn't correspond to the ingredients. If you're going to a hotel, fork out for full board, because you can't count on Room Service at all. Or eat outside the hotel. 2) I also didn't like the attitude of the staff. 2.1) On the one hand, it was just really annoying that you have to pay for drinks and goodies in the bar for ”breakfast only” - but maybe that's how it should be. Although there was a bad aftertaste. Somehow it felt like, despite the fact that I was ready to pay extra for everything - it was still as if I wasn't Welcome and they were treating me with suspicion. Buying an extra meal for lunch with partial board cost 550 pounds. Dinner was even more expensive - somewhere around 700 (I never went). 2.2) And when I just needed to bring water or tea to the room, I had to remind them several times. And in the end, you have to go to the reception to have this damn water brought to you. And even if they brought it the first time, you had to wait a long time. And if you come and get aggressive, they brought it in 5 minutes. 3) The room is simply dark. There is no chandelier - there are only 3 lamps. And one of them has to be turned off, because it is on the same outlet as the kettle. If you want to heat water, have even less light. It was uncomfortable in the evenings."

"The hotel environment is great, and the service staff are very good, from the guy who helped with the luggage, who took me, who spoke poor English, back and forth between the lobby and the room. It was past mealtime and we couldn't find a restaurant to eat at, so the restaurant guy personally took us to the place where we could get the food after get off work. Then the uncle at the restaurant downstairs in the lobby helped us buy meal coupons with cash. The whole hotel has all kinds of memories for us, even though we only stayed for one night. We arrived at around 8 o'clock in the morning, but we couldn't check in until 2 o'clock in the afternoon. We booked a room with breakfast included, and we had a flight early the next morning so we didn't have time to have breakfast, so we asked if we could have breakfast in advance? Not allowed, but meals will be packed for the next day. My suggestion is that if you are a special forces soldier like us, you can come here early in the morning to buy meals with cash, which is US$15 per person per meal. After eating, go to the beach and charter a boat to go snorkeling. The charter boat costs about US$40 and meals are included. You can eat on the boat and come back around four or five in the afternoon, and then go to the cliff bar, which does not waste any time. Or if you don't charter a boat, you can go to the beach for diving after breakfast for US$25 per person, and another US$25 is required to take videos and photos. The hotel's airport pick-up service is outsourced to a special company. There is a particularly nice uncle on the right side of the hotel lobby as you enter. The airport pick-up service is generally charged at US$25. The price depends on the number of people, the amount of luggage, and the type of vehicle. There was a misunderstanding here. I forgot that my chartered car included airport pick-up and drop-off service. Then I used simple English and gestures to communicate several times to let the uncle know how much luggage we had. Then I paid in cash. I finally booked the airport drop-off service. The uncle confirmed the time and room number with me several times, but when I got back to the room, I remembered that our chartered car included airport drop-off service. I was thinking about whether I could cancel it, but I explained to the uncle. He quickly gave me cash change and said it was my pleasure to serve me! I really struggled for a long time, but I didn't expect that he was not vague at all. He cancelled the order very quickly and provided service with a smile! Thank you very much!"

"Good hotel. A beautiful reef with live corals and a variety of fish. The entrance to the water is sandy from the shore and from a wooden pier. You don't need to take coral, it's better to take flippers, you won't regret it. The food is varied, lots of fruit, melon was every day, meat, fish... Everything is tasty and varied, no napkins on the tables, a minor minus. All the hotel staff is kind, attentive, responsive, friendly. Excellent bartenders Mrvan and Omar, surprised with the variety of cocktails) The only minus of this hotel is the animation. While we were relaxing, we saw two animation teams. Very weak, they don't try hard. The main task is to drag you to a paid disco. Would I recommend this hotel for a vacation - definitely yes!!! But for those who need action, it's better to choose another hotel, otherwise you'll have to go to Nama Bay. By the way, it's a 20-minute walk along the coast. Yes, take mosquito repellent, they kept us from sleeping in the room."

"Плюсы: Красивый вид из отеля. Очень приветливый парень на ресепшене. Глубокий бассейн, девушка была в восторге, ныряла без остановки (3,4 метра) Минусы: Завтрак, выглядит красиво, но есть нечего, нет омлета или яиц, нет ничего кроме 2 кусочка сыра и фруктового салата. После завтрака идешь нормально покушать в другое место. Интернет нормальный, но каждый день надо заново логиниться и он небыстрый. Пляж арендованный совместно с другими отелями, работает до 18! Что дико неудобно, но это не вина отеля. Кстати бассейн закрывается тоже в 18 и это большой минус, покупаться совершенно негде... В целом отель за свои деньги неплохой и можно там остановиться."
