I booked a suite at Shanxi Hotel. Oh boy, what a stay!!! The hotel looks like a courtyard. The receptionist and the bellboy were all very cordial. They carried my luggage to the room for free. Our room was in another building so they advised us we could check out without coming back to the reception desk again. Just leave the keys in the room. The room was quite spacious with lots of amenities. I am very surprised they offer in-room laundry detergent and electric cloth dryer for hanging clothes. They consider every aspect of my stay and I would give them 5 out of 5 stars.

This is the first time I wrote a review on Ctrip, and I gave it to Yingze Hotel! We stayed at 620 on the sixth floor. The hotel service attitude was very good. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we felt what it meant to be at home. When we first arrived at the room, we were traveling with a family of three and wanted a single quilt, which the waiter immediately delivered. After staying for a few days, we were very touched by the small note left by the waiter on the sixth floor. When we left in a hurry, the charging cable of the child's watch was left in the hotel, and the waiter also called to help mail it. I heard that Yingze Hotel was the city government hotel in the past. It has the style of an old hotel in the past. The waiters were very enthusiastic. They greeted each other with a smile. They really wrote the simplicity, enthusiasm, and thoughtfulness of the Shanxi people on their faces. This stay experience is full marks!

The room hardware can reach five stars. The facilities in the room and lobby are very new and the design is modern and simple. The sanitation is very good, and the cleaning on the day of check-in and in between is very good. The breakfast is not five-star and lacks richness, especially for children, there is not enough to eat. The buffet restaurant is not open before the 15th day of the first ***** month, and there are no good restaurants around the hotel, so the dining aspect is a bit lacking. However, the dishes served in the Chinese restaurant are up to the standards of a luxury hotel and taste very good. The room TV cannot be connected to the screen. The water temperature and pressure in the bathroom are very stable, which is great for a hotel located on a 15-story building. The toilet room is completely independent and not separated by glass. There is a sink outside the shower room and also in the toilet room, making it very convenient for families to stay in.

Because of the convenient transportation and superior location, we chose Bingzhou Hotel in Taiyuan. The facilities are quite complete, but we went out early and came back late every day and didn't pay attention to whether there was a swimming pool. We think the hotel facilities are good Hygiene: The room, restaurant, hotel corridor, etc. are clean, the family room is quite large and clean Environment: Metro Line 1 is nearby, within 5 minutes, it is very convenient to go to the airport Service: There is no luggage delivery service to the room, but the basic service is still good The hotel's breakfast is good, very rich, and the service is also quite good.

My stay at Wutong Apartments was wonderful! The room was clean, spacious, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. There is bathtub is luxurious and spacious, the shower has great pressure and the the separate toilet room has a motion censored toilet seat and a bidet. The bed was comfy and the closet space begs you to unpack your suitcase. There were thoughtful amenities, including a loofah cloth and shoe shine cloths. Now...the breakfast. It was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Tinder and well seasoned steak, salmon, soups, desserts, breads, scrumptious pancakes and a salad bar that even included kale amongst the varied greens. Best of all, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Li Ne, the dining staff and the housekeeper who attended to my room. I wish that every hotel stay I experience in the future is as amazing as my time at Wutong Apartment Hotel.

The environment, sanitation and landscape are all very good. The service needs to be improved (no greetings, no guidance, no prompts). The breakfast is not recommended and is far from a five-star hotel. The restaurant is very far away. The level of noodles is not worthy of the people of Shanxi!!!
