"I stayed in this hotel on a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the service. As soon as I walked in with my suitcase, I was shocked by the grand lobby. When I checked in, they poured me some warm black tea. I felt embarrassed. There were some small refreshments opposite the bar for guests to try. They asked me if I had any room needs. They upgraded me. The floor I was assigned was also very high. From the room, I could see most of the city of Yongkang! They also gave me some fruits and snacks! The service staff were very enthusiastic and greeted me proactively along the way. It made me feel like I had many friends in a strange city. The breakfast was also very good and rich! The room was spacious and bright, decorated in a modern, minimalist yet cozy style. The fantastic natural light instantly lifted my spirits.
What impressed me most was the impeccable cleanliness of the room! It was absolutely spotless, and the bedding was crisp white, soft, and smelled wonderfully fresh, like sunshine. Lying down, my fatigue instantly vanished, leading to an exceptionally good night's sleep!
The bathroom facilities were modern, offering ample and consistently hot water, and the toiletries were of good quality.
The service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. I must give special praise to both the front desk and housekeeping staff! Check-in and check-out were handled efficiently and professionally, and their warm, friendly attitude, always accompanied by a smile, made a real difference. The standard pillow in my room was a bit too soft, but they promptly provided a latex pillow, which made for a very comfortable sleep. Housekeeping also serviced the room promptly and meticulously. They even went above and beyond by calling to inform me when I accidentally left an earring in the shower. Overall, this was a truly satisfying and memorable stay!

The interior design is exquisite and there are green bergamot flowers, bringing spring into the room. The balcony has a large area and you can enjoy the fragrance of the garden. Afternoon tea is at the lounge on the first floor, where you can take a sip of local green tea and enjoy the fragrance between your lips and teeth. The dinner was full of spring, and a dish of spring bamboo shoots with ham was unforgettable. The delicacy and umami of a little ham surpassed the traditional Spanish and Jinhua ham. Another dish of fried local dried tofu is also unique and unforgettable.
