"The bathroom does not have a lock. No parking facilities, have to pay for parking. No proper wardrobe for hanging clothes. Security locker was there but not working. Good to stay for single night."

"Overall according to this price, this place is consider good, there are a lot of cafe, restaurant coffee shops surrounding the hotel which is walking distance. There is a shopping mall there but not much things to shop. There is 7-11 & Family Mart near the hotel too. The only things not good is that the room is slightly dusty at some point. Etc: the table, tv controller, the hanger area. Other than that is all fine. Oh… one more things, the toilet and the shower area is really small and the water flow is small too 🥹"

"Stayed for a night here due to car workshop in the nearby area to avoid Weekend custom jam. Decent hotel for a night stay, However shower drain clog. Causing a flood in the bathroom during shower. Water heater doesn’t seem to be working well. Mostly cold water all the way. Bedsheet / Pillow there is a smelly smell. Minor stain here and there. With the price paid, can’t seem to expect much. Plus point, hotel parking."

"The hotel location is convenient. The family room i booked, the 3 electrical plugs in the room only 1 can be used, but the service staff was very effective after consulting her supervisor, she immediate help us to change the another room that all the electrical is working."

"First time staying at the hotel. Lobby has no aircon and feels stuffy and warm when we arrived in the afternoon at about 3pm. The carpark has a damp smell too. Room is relatively clean and slightly big (at least not those super cramp type of rooms). No central aircon in the room but a standalone aircon which took a while to cool down the room (I set at 16 degrees full speed) when we first entered. Noisy place where you can hear noisy motorbikes revving their engine as they rode along in the middle of the night. TV channels were limited though don't understand how come half the channels have no images at all. One strange thing that I encountered for my first time while staying in a hotel. It was past 1am when I was woken up by some guests who came back late and could hear them talking along the corridor. Fine..no big deal. Then...when one of the guests took the shower, you can hear a loud wooooooong sound continously throughout the shower. It was like you turn on your tap and there is a hollow pipe noise that will sound continuously till you turn off the tap. That was the sound. It was loud and it lasted about 5 mins. Guess that was the time it took for that hotel guest to take his or her shower. It was freaking loud 😭. Breakfast was simple and quite ok for the price. Nothing to shout about."

"It’s a very nice hotel with lots of shops surrounding. The only sad thing was the bed gave lots of squeaking noise and I requested the room to be decorated as we were newly married but it wasn’t decorated. Otherwise, the room was clean and tidy. Just be careful not to pay for any tourism tax at the counter as trip.com would have charged it into your payment during the booking itself. You can tell the receptionist that you have paid it at trip.com and show them the itemised receipt. The pic of the front view that they have uploaded in the website is not valid. It’s not the same when we went there."

"I recently stayed at Redpine Boutique Hotel for a short getaway, and overall, I had a fantastic experience but sadly theres no refrigerator in the hotel room. Location wise, it is very convenient. Theres a 24h minimart and other convenient stores that closes at midnight. Hope to come back and have a refrigerator installed in the room next time😁"
