Hotels with Parking in Sekudai

My 1st experience booking an apartment. For a first timer, clear and precise instructions were deeply appreciated. Paradigm Residence is a well maintained building with impressive security facilities, convenient access to e mall as well. Our apartment with 3 bedrooms comfortably fitted 7 of us, it was on a high floor with a great night view. A couple of points to mention is that cleanliness can be improved and that as we were next to e highway, e traveling vehicles could be heard throughout e night, prayers nearby were audible around 6 or 7am too. There was a vacuum and a mop at e yard and we cleaned up upon checking in. Delight Homestay team is very prompt in providing instructions and response. Ultimately, it was a pleasant stay for my family and we will be back.

The unit itself is nice but the management do not give customers a good vibe. Everything was wrong from start of checked in. Before checking in I already informed management that I am riding a motorbike. The instructions given to me was to park at level 5. Upon reaching the mall to collect keys. The guards do not allow me to go level 5, no bike is allowed. Told me to go park in the basement but did not tell me that I need to collect a bike card to scan in at the basement carpark for bike. After quite sometime asking around, one of the guard told me to get a bike card from the reception. Next when reached the unit. There is a metal gate. But I was given a key card for the lift and a sensor for the main door. No key for the gate. When texted the management. It’s replied by AI. So I need to take a lift to UG level and see the reception again. I was told there is a manual latch behind the gate. All these troubles could be solved if proper instructions were given to me. I came down from Ipoh, a long ride down and still need to go around finding out how to get into the unit. Upon entering the unit, looks beautiful at first. Then when want to have a shower, there is not a single hook or rack for bath towel. So I have to text again. I was told to hang towel on the curtain rod. But there was no curtain rod. The only rod I saw was a metal rod sticking inside a plastic pail. So texted again and show photo. The reply was hang my towel on the door lock. First time I heard of this. So I went to take my towel. It was a dirty towel with black stained. Send photo to reception. Nothing was done, not even an exchange of towel. Is just silence…. After shower wanted to get some water to drink. It was a water dispenser that is not dispensing. So went down to the supermarket to buy a bottle of mineral water. The only plus point of this place is joined to a mall. That’s about it. I have never rated any hotel or apartment so low before. This is my first and I hope it will be my last.

Great stay at Paradigm Residences by Antlerzone. The location is very convenient, situated right above Paradigm Mall near the entrance and next to the cat café on the UG floor. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Communication with the house taker was easy via WhatsApp with fast responses. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Service is great, shower is strong with cold and hot water heater, aircon is superb. Locations wise is excellent, very near to Sutera mall and many shops and eatery shop around. Only thing is night time can hear the loud music from the nearby pub which open until 2am .Receptionist at the lobby are good in service. Overall if u are looking to stay 1 night, this is the hotel u might want to book. We have stayed 4days 3 night which I think is to many. It great explode the surrounding shops and the restaurants surrounding the hotel are nice and reasonable price.

The location is ideal, just opposite the Tasek shopping mall. The breakfast provided a simple breakfast. The staff were helpful & friendly. Will recommend to friends & relatives.

I was skeptical at first to stay in this hotel looking at the past reviews. To my surprise, not only the location was good, the hotel room was in very good condition too. We enjoyed our stay in Cel hotel. Not forgetting the friendly staffs at the counter too. Do not forget to bring along cash RM50 to place as deposit upon check-in which will be refunded upon check-out. We will chose to stay here if we can to this area again next time. 1. Free but old and dimly lit parking lot. 2. Slow check-in process at the front desk. 3. Strong smell of soap in the hallway. 4. The room was okay, but there was no toothbrush or slippers. There were a lot of hairs and black spots on the bed, and the towels were dirty. I contacted the front desk to change the sheets and towels, and it took 20 minutes for someone to arrive. 5. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs from the parking lot to the front desk. A sign on the stairs says the door closes at 12, so you have to use the main entrance. 6. Very limited breakfast options, and the milk was sweet. Fried eggs cost extra.

Parking outside the hotel was scarce and hard to find. The room's wooden floor felt sticky and wasn't very clean. The shower space in the bathroom was cramped, and the water pressure was low. The hairdryer borrowed from the front desk was hit or miss, likely due to a faulty cable. Soundproofing in the room wasn't great, and I could often hear noise from outside. On the plus side, there was free breakfast in the morning, but unfortunately, there were no eggs left after 9 AM.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, close to attractions and transport. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again.

The location is good. Surrounding full with restaurants. And 5 mins walk to Sutera Mall
