Place is at a good location. Close to subway and Little India. Have to request room service otherwise room won’t be cleaned and towels won’t be replaced. Concierge needs to have better service especially informing guests to call via WhatsApp rather than text otherwise requests won’t be met and messages won’t get a response.

I would say it's not bad to stay alone for this price. The room just looks a bit different from the pictures i saw. Toilet is clean and surprisingly there's a washing machine in the room. Also hair dryer. Location is great in the city. You can see the twins tower. Unfortunately the days that I stayed, the pool is under construction. But when you gonna sleep, cannot turn off the light from outside, it was hard to sleep. There's 7-11 downstairs good good

Really loved the stay in this hotel. It's an excellent budget stay with all necessary facilities being present in room. Staff were super polite and catered to our ad hoc needs on time. Location of this hotel is the major advantage for tourists as major locations are just walking distance away and you can take GRAB which is affordable as well. Petalling street is just opposite of the hotel which makes shopping and food exploration more fun!! In ground floor you have 7-11, Texas Chicken which is open 24hrs! 5/5 rating to PACIFIC EXPRESS CHINATOWN!

Everything is great. It has a beautiful environment, well-equipped facilities, a dedicated parking space, the place is very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The transportation here is also convenient, with direct access to lalaport. The attitude of the person in charge is also very good. I will choose to stay here next time.

Everything was great and convenient. I ended up book 1 more night plus late check in. The staff in charge was very helpful. Judging from the surrounding, the location is quite safe for solo travellers.

Fantastic Stay at Arte Mont Kiara! I recently stayed at Arte Mont Kiara and had an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the unique and striking French-retro architectural design of the property immediately caught my eye – it’s definitely one of the most beautiful buildings in the area. The apartment I stayed in was spacious, modern, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the living area was cozy and well-furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night’s rest. The amenities here are fantastic as well! The rooftop pool and fitness center were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The surrounding gardens were beautiful and added a tranquil touch to the property. Location-wise, Arte Mont Kiara is hard to beat. It’s situated in the vibrant Mont Kiara neighborhood, which is full of dining and shopping options. Publika and Solaris Dutamas are just a short distance away, and I found it easy to get around thanks to the area’s great connectivity. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The only minor downside was the parking situation, which can get a bit tight during peak times, but overall, this did not affect my stay much. the room is very big, the bed is big and comfortable. first time in very excited about the cleanliness of the room. strategic location with restaurants and can enjoy the view of klcc while in the pool. highly recommended
