"The best thing about the hotel was that it was reasonably priced. The doorman was very nice and friendly. Receptionists were generally friendly, but the female sometimes had a little attitude. I would not book in this location again. This hotel in particular is off a narrow street that is not accessible by car so you have to walk a few minutes to the intersection or 10 minutes to a major intersection because the nearby street is VERY congested all the time. This area is also very densely populated and taxi's take forever to arrive and exit The hotel was not the cleanest. I was not expecting much, but there were a few ants and flying insects in the room. There were stains on the sheets and towels. I stayed for multiple days and I didn't receive room service once. They did call and ask me once if I wanted it, but that day I had declined. The shower water was not hot (but acceptable warm if turned all the way hot) during the daytime. Only during the evening was the water scalding hot. The shower tile was not angled deep enough or the drain was clogged and there was always about 3-5cm of water pooled at the bottom. The sink was outside in view of the room which was fine, but the faucet is over 40 inches above the basin which caused the water to splash out a lot. The breakfast was ok. The presentation and color was great, but the flavor was lacking."

"It was a bit noisy, but I'd attribute that more to the hotel's location, or perhaps just the general urban environment in India, rather than the hotel itself. Things might have been different had I been given a room on the quieter, inner side instead of facing the road. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. For this price point, the level of service was truly exceptional. Overall, despite the noise, I was completely satisfied!"

"The hotel is at good location near to railway station. I mainly stayed here to catch my train next day early morning. Stay was really good much better than expected and the food is just heaven. Very cordial staff"

"A good hotel, European level. Cleaning every day, the air conditioner works well, but it blows not on the bed, but next to it (this is good if you don't want to get sick). A very modern system - no need to carry keys or a card - enter the room with a 6-digit code. Or you can scan the QR on the door and it will open itself if you have registered in their system. There is always water, slippers, shaving accessories, brushes, a set of dishes, etc. in the lobby. There is also a coffee machine that makes delicious cappuccino with milk and foam. In the refrigerator there are Shveppes and cookies and chips for free. This is very nice. At the hotel you can wash your clothes, hand them in at the reception and get them back the same day or the next. Washing clothes at the hotel is quite expensive, but we had to use it. The food is not very varied, but you can order an omelet or Indian dishes from hot dishes: dosa, grilled paratha and others. CONS: I brought an expensive medicine with me that needs to be kept in the refrigerator. There is no refrigerator in the room and I gave the medicine to the reception manager for safekeeping so that they could put it in the refrigerator. When I came to pick it up, my medicine was not cool (it is in foil and stays cold for some time). I was very angry. If it does not work now because of the negligence of the hotel staff, my health will deteriorate, and the medicine was brought from Russia and it is very expensive. Such things are not sold in India. Also, hotels in India can usually change currency. Here I asked to change currency and I was asked to wait 1 hour. An hour later I came to the reception and they told me to wait another hour. An hour later I came and they told me to wait another hour and I got angry and left. The exchange rate in the city with USD is more favorable and faster. The hotel does not change money immediately, they wait a long time for some courier and give a bad exchange rate."

"Very convenient location on Connaught Street and near the Rajiv Chowk metro station. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Hot water comes and goes and is not constant though. Walking on Connaught street you will get lots of people approaching you to buy stuff or scam you into spending money in some way. Overall it is great place to stay if you want to be close to the city centre."

"From the pros: the hotel itself is good, the room is clean, there were no problems with water. Of the minuses: Location: you leave the hotel and immediately get into the cycle. It makes no sense to take breakfast: not very tasty and the choice is small."
