I chose your hotel because Baishatunma was going on a pilgrimage. When I walked in and checked in, the aroma that hit my nose was very fragrant and relaxing, making me feel like I was on vacation abroad. Every staff member spoke very gently and reminded me of the precautions. The bed in the room was very comfortable, and the overall feeling was really great. I will definitely stay here again~ There is also a sky bar on the top floor, which is really great, and the bartender is a beautiful lady 👍👍

This is my second time here. The service staff is very nice. Although the room doesn't look very new, it is quite spacious. A 28-inch suitcase can be fully opened without any problem. The air conditioning is also sufficient. It’s just that the water for bathing takes a long time to get hot, sometimes it’s not even hot at all, and there is no separation between wet and dry areas. Please note that you must leave the room before 1 o'clock and give the key to the service staff so that they can help you clean up. Overall it's pretty good. Although it's a bit far from the train station, it's only about 100-110 Taiwan dollars if you take a taxi. There are Cosmopolitan and Jiaziyuan opposite, and there are soup dumpling shops and Hi-Life next to it, which are open until 4 am. There are also different beverage shops and 711 within a 5-minute walk. You don't have to worry about being hungry in the middle of the night, and the price is quite favorable. Love the location. Good aircon. Decent local breakfast buffet. Nice view. Alot of tv channels to choose from. Small selection of soft drinks available at lobby. Hotel offers pre arranged free transport to Chiayi HSR station. Decent size for 2.

The reputation of InterContinental, the quality of Fullon? Don't expect too much in this area. Let me start by saying that this experience was not a good one. The floor carpet is thin and the color looks dirty. Interior of the Room We booked a deluxe double room, but when we entered the room, it was not as spacious as the hotel described. The rooms shown by the hotel had carpets, but the room I got did not. The bathroom has double basins, separated wet and dry areas, and the shower and toilet are each set up in independent spaces. There are traces of unclear cleaning on the floor of the toilet area, and there is a hairpin and hair left on the ground by the previous owner. What is worth praising in the bathroom space is that the water pressure is strong and hot enough. The floor material does not give off a high-quality feel, and the silicone used in the seams between the washbasin and the wall shows how sloppy the construction was. The TV is an LG smart TV, which is easy to operate, has a wide range of channels and can watch YouTube. There is a common problem in many hotels to save costs. The walls of the partitions adjacent to the next door are always light, which makes it easy to hear the movements of the next door, and the sound of the elevator can also be heard on the other side adjacent to the elevator. The bed is big and not too soft, the pillows are on the soft side, but you can request different types of pillows from the hotel. Snacks in the minibar and drinks in the refrigerator are free to use. It is now generally advocated that disposable amenities should not be provided proactively, but Voco's practice is that even if customers actively request, the hotel will not provide them passively, but customers must pay for them. This practice is ”not providing” rather than ”not actively providing”. This is the first time I have encountered a hotel doing this. I find it outrageous. For a room rate of NT$8,300 a night, they are reluctant to provide a toothbrush. At the check-in counter, I can see customers rushing to buy toothbrushes. It is really funny. ”breakfast” The breakfast is just average, mediocre. The best dish is Chiayi chicken rice, which is really delicious. However, the HEINZ ketchup provided on the table was actually expired, which was really unacceptable. Because I found it difficult to squeeze out when I wanted to use it, and the color of the squeezed liquid was very dark and looked spoiled, I turned it over to check the expiration date, and it was already 2 weeks out of date. I hope the kitchen staff will have a better understanding of food hygiene and safety. That's about it. This is a disappointing stay. In fact, the quality of the stay is just that of an ordinary business hotel, but it costs 8,000 yuan, and no toothbrush is provided. I have stayed in other hotels in the InterContinental Group system and there have never been such disappointing things that ruin the experience. I hope the hotel can strengthen cleaning and food hygiene maintenance, because it is really not worth the price and I will not come again.

The service staff is friendly and polite. The room is clean, bright and spacious. There are also tea sets in the room, which is very stylish. The breakfast selection is diverse and not repeated for two days. However, the sound insulation is not good. If there are parents and children living next door, the crying sound is quite obvious.

If you stay in a dorm and wanna checkin, go to level 14 by lift. Then the worker will bring you to another floor. As for me, I stayed in level 6. They'll give you passcode for the main door and your room door. If you stay in your room, you sometimes hear the traffic aound or people talking outside your room. The housekeeping was insane coz the worker just open the room door and leave it wide open eventhough there's people inside the room. And during my last day here, they changed the passcode without let me knowing coz I tried many times using the first passcode they had given to me, so i need to call them again to get the new passcode. There's washing machine and dryer, 30yuan and 40yuan each. Maybe they need to do cleanups at the laundry room coz it looks like left unattended. Overall, i think this hostel is okay for the soloist.

First I was supposed to give 2 stars because when we arrive at hotel, they only accept cash in twd dollar as we thought already paid via online. So, it caused us to paid more compared to online as the exchange rate. We dunno why they wanted us paid first via online and then refund to us after the day check out. This will make the process too complicated. This hotel was so traditional even no online payment & maybe doesn't have debit card too? Honestly, the hotel was really nice looking & clean as the pic shown. The toilet look good but the bathroom door was so so old and rushed cannot close. The bed was strangely & weirdly comfortable but it sounds of spring so so noisy when we moving around the bed. This must be changed because senior or someone not comfortable with hard bed should not booking this hotel!!! The aircon work well but at night it automatically closed down. Maybe save electricity or something as thought we didn't set anything?? This hotel provided buffet at morning (6.30 - 8.30am) such as toast, rice and porridge. It so nice since this hotel was budgeted compared to other which more expensive. However, we dunno why they set the time so earlier in the morning should be until 11 am or 12 pm. Who will wake up in that time?? Maybe people cannot sleep that time or something else. I 100 % sure that the foods will be leftover. The service was well...ok nothing to comments. The overall still budgeted hotel & the location from train station was so near, the Wen Hua night market was so near about 800 meter. We still NOT STRATIFICATION with this hotel !!!!
