Everything was great here, close to multiple delicious restaurants and the big breakfast and the coffee and hot chocolate were fantastic too.

We had a delightful little stay , 3nights all up. The extra bed we asked for was there bathroom was a good size for three of us and totally quiet at night which, in a n8ghtspot, was pleasing. One stain on an item of bedding was noticed but didn't spoil anything

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice, and hotel was short walk away from beach. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at St Kilda beach hotel.

Giving the St Kilda Beach Hotel a terrible review due to the end service. On the day we checked out of the hotel, we remembered about leaving a jacket in the wardrobe. I called the hotel to ask them to collect it from the wardrobe and put it aside for us to arrange pick up. They said there was no jacket left behind. They hadn't given the room to new guests, but it had been cleaned after we left. I asked them to speak with the cleaner but no jacket was handed in. Confident the jacket must have been stolen by staff as there is no other option if it's not still in the wardrobe and it's not in their lost property. They were no help with other suggestions when I phoned them (two consecutive days).

Hotel charges surprise deposit of $100 despite it not being listed or even mentioned in the policies section on Trip or other welk known booking site. The desk receptionist told me that no hotels list deposit policies and cut me off with "if Don't pay the deposit, you don't stay at the hotel;" I was only pointing out that it needs to be stated but he wasn't interested in playing the customer service or hotel representative or hospitality employee. He was playing Boss man, landlord shame he was rude because everything else was quite alright.

Very good location, however hotel is not new , and not looks nice everywhere, for breakfast we decided to take it outside in near cafe. This hotel could be ok for short term. Long term I will not recommend.

Nicely located with easy tram access. Small entrance that can easily be missed. Parking is around the back of the hotel. Room is small but with all the essentials.The egg benedict breakfast was good too

Lifts were very slow and magnetic cards kept malfunctioning. The staff were great and rooms very good value. Great locT tion and tram stop just outside the front door. !

Good location, Very clean and Morden, great facilities and room are big and quite. Great cafe and bar .. Surrounded by great restaurants All walking distance to beaches and keys areas..

We had a pleasant stay at St Kilda Beach Hotel. The location was ideal, close to the beach, vibrant nightlife, and charming cafes for brunch. The staff was friendly, and the hotel provided basic facilities with good security measures in place. I appreciated the secure access card system for the doors. However, the wifi was a bit slow, and the lift seemed to require some maintenance. Overall, a decent stay with minor improvements needed
