This was an amazing stay there is something for everyone. The Wildflower Spa is a must relaxing massage and spent the day there.
The cafe is as very good. The lounge was nice for adults the drinks were awesome not watered down the bartenders were very nice and helpful at Charlie’s long bar.

It was a bit inconvenient to get in and out of the parking lot.
Sometimes the hotel key is not recognized, so you have to pay parking fee.
I had to pay, but they said I just had to press the call button in that case.
When you check out, you can check out, get your card key back, and put it in the return box when leaving the parking lot.
There is no bottled water in the room, but they will give it to you if you ask for it at the front desk.
As a side note, they do not provide any disposable products other than soap, shampoo, and body wash.
There is no way to adjust the bathroom water level at all. ㅠㅠ
You can only turn it on and off, and only the temperature can be adjusted. 😅

The location is excellent, there is a small river going out, there are many restaurants by the river, the starting point of the boat tour is next to the hotel, there is a small supermarket next to it. At night, the bustling city is a bit like Lijiang, and it is very interesting to walk along the river in the drizzle. Every meal is chosen by the river, I like that feeling too much. At the breakfast, there is a duck to eat at the table. If you don't give her a bite, you are too clever little duck. It doesn't look like a hotel breakfast. The hotel is a star-rated hotel with a good standard. The elevator directly down to the river is slower, other services are good, parking in the opposite parking building, very convenient, compared to other hotels around the price is cheap, 31 dollars a day, it seems that there is an additional cost of 2 dollars.

Although the San Macros Outlets are relatively far from the hotel, it takes about 50 minutes to drive, but it is worth a visit. It is one of the larger Outlets in the United States, even in Texas. Need to drive to turn, is the ideal place to sweep goods. The hotel rooms are large, clean, clean and air-conditioned. Guests can adjust the temperature according to their needs. The hotel has a free Wi-Fi. The hotel's breakfast buffet is also very good, in addition to bread, coffee, juice drinks and other essentials, breakfast has 3 to 4 main dishes and 3 to 4 fruits to choose from. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel and parking is very convenient.

My honey and I had an amazing time at the hotel! Breakfast in bed was the best. The front desk was kind and attentive to our needs. The bar downstairs and the pool were a great time as well. Will be coming back soon!

The experience was lovely, customer service was perfect, and the location was great. However, they can work on valet service and the cleanliness due to mildew on the ceiling of bathroom. Lastly. I do wish I had time to try their breakfast but I wasn't able to due to my schedule, it's a nice touch though.

Trip is awesome they got me my room when this hotel tried to tell me they were sold out of rooms and couldn’t accommodate me even though I had a reservation there and had already paid. Trip.com come through and got my room and spoke with the manager and they “found” a room for me.

GGuest UserEasy check in and out. Generous breakfast and dinner were included and we had a nice view of the Riverwalk while eating our meals. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. You could just sink into the beds they were so comfortable. I loved the amount of pillows and how comfortable they were. Wish I could've brought one home with me. Didn't get in the pool, but it was nice just sitting out by it.

CColleen NelsonNice big room but awkward arrangement with NO dresser drawers. Large walk in closet with very narrow door and NO light, so clothes stayed in the suitcases on the floor for entire trip. Grab bar in shower was on the wrong side, between toilet and shower so impossible to use getting in and out. Busy place, 100% occupied with only 1 elevator operational. Small but nice outdoor pool, tiny hot tub. Good breakfast, great valets.

PPris_reyThis was my first at this resort. My husband and I really enjoyed our spa experience. When you book an appointment you have access to the spa pool, steam room and sauna at any time during that day.
It was nice they had an adult area and a family area for pool lounging.
Having a nature trail was a plus! Plenty to do at the resort, make sure to check the calendar for events happening.
The food at Primero cantina was not good and not to my liking.
Shuttles are available to La Cantera shops and to fiesta texas.
We dined at Signature which was a really great place for a date. The red snapper was delicious!
Overall had a great experience.

GGuest UserWe chose this hotel because of the location, easy walk to riverwalk, our favorite spot....just perfect. The staff & valet service were extremely helpful & courteous. The only thing we were not pleased was our room #610. It was not inviting, it seemed damp, was dark, couldn't open shades in the afternoon, too much sun. When we got there the shades were up & the room was very hot, took long to cool the room. In the morning, we enjoy the outside light, though. It just seemed that we were in a very small dull room. Oh, we would have enjoyed a microwave in the room. We just expected a little bit more for the price we paid. But we made the best of it & enjoyed out time there. Thank you for your service in making it comfortable.

GGuest UserIn San Antonio for our son’s basketball tournament and choose Best Western based on the reviews. Completely SATISFIED!! Front desk staff friendly, very nice and helpful! Our room had plenty of space and it was very very clean! Our bathroom was big, very clean and the shower pressure great! Our son enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was a hit! And we loved their Christmas decorations! I would definitely stay again and recommend it!

The lighting in the rooms is not great and overhead lighting would have been nice. We would have also liked a king size duvet as the one on the king size bed barely covered two average size people. We extended our stay due to unforeseen circumstances and were overall happy with the first part of the stay.

PPhillipsThe front desk lady was very kind and welcoming. The hotel itself is very nice with a lot of food options surrounding it. The major dings I would have to give is that once my husband and I entered our room, we noticed how hot it was, we weren't too upset about it because San Antonio was 100+ degrees but the fridge was broken and we couldn't keep our water cold. Once again, no biggie because we found an ice machine and made a ”fridge” in the sink for our waters. Lastly, the room wasn't very clean, we could tell that the floors weren't vacuumed because there was candy and fibers or something on the floor sporadically. If we were staying longer than a night, I'm sure I would've been a little more pushy about needing some of the listed items above corrected. Overall I'd give my stay a 6/10. Hope this helps future guests!

LLIRONGThe decoration of the room is simple, quiet and large enough. The mattress is soft and comfortable, and the hotel lobby is open. The service was super enthusiastic the day before yesterday. The riverside trail is only two minutes away from the hotel, which is convenient for morning walks and riverside dining. The price is reasonable in this area. It is worth staying.
