"Thru Trip.com, we decided to book this hotel for the cheaper price as we only need to stay a short while - arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning.
It's a bit confusing the info : This is a property, not a hotel?
It says must inform the hotel if late arrival so we did but there was no reply or acknowledgement to know if there's a special procedure to check in ; for eg, they have to give you a special code or arrangement for late check in.
The next letter to us was weird!!?

So we were concerned - our situation, pls see photo. But there's no reply in the Message Chat.
These left us very worried and anxious. In the end, we had to keep calling this no and that no given by Trip.com, knowing that we will be kept waiting in line.
Even when arrived at the airport, we kept calling. Seems one of the phone no is wrong? Trip.com, pls check with the hotel or person in charge.
As for the room amenities, they are quite bare - no fridge, no kettle, no drinking water (you have to drink from the tap) in the room. Bath water was not hot when we bathed."
