Guest UserBefore the draft, one note: I kept your main points while making the review clearer and more balanced.
Expect to pay full price. I had a three-night reservation, but I was charged an additional $175 short-stay fee, plus $50 in service fees. The short-stay fee was never disclosed during the booking process, which was disappointing.
I was also denied room service because of my short stay. Considering the additional $175 fee, I would have expected room service to be included.
Overall, The Berkley is always a nice place to stay with family, and I've enjoyed my visits. However, it would be helpful if all additional fees and any service restrictions were clearly disclosed before booking so guests know exactly what to expect.

Do not hesitate to book this hotel. The hotel is very clean! I actually needed to extend my stay and I didnāt want to go anywhere else so I booked this hotel again. They have a mini Starbucks the first floor. Along with a little convenience store. You are going to pay a premium tho for anything in there. Keep in mind they do not offer any complimentary breakfast which for me is the only downside of this hotel but you do have a microwave in your room which is hard to come by these days. You will need to pay for your morning coffee as there is no complimentary coffee either. This hotel does offer some great stuff thoā¦This hotel has free parking in the parking garage next to the hotel. They give you 2 free water bottles per day. There is also free guest laundry machines and they even offer the detergent. Year round outdoor pool and hot tub. Fitness room. I would easily book this hotel again.

Anonymous UserThe location was prime m, easy indoor access to the sphere and nearby hotels. But the hotel rooms are rather old and dusty. I wonder why online booking shows remodeled rooms, thought they will be much newer. Just look behind any cabinet you will see dust. The housekeeping never comes unless you call to request for a room clean up. The good thing is the beds are very comfortable and spacious and the security was great. We left a watch behind and it was taken care of for a few days until we went back to retrieve it.

Guest UserMy stay at Holiday Inn Las Vegas this past weekend was absolutely amazing ā easily a 10/10 experience! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The facility, location, amenities, cleanliness, and customer service were all excellent.
I was assigned a room in Building 16, directly in front of one of the pools, and the room felt more like a mini condo than a hotel room. It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed: a full kitchen, dining table and chairs, living room area, two TVs, a very comfortable bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a huge bathroom/restroom. If youāre someone like me who prefers not to eat out for every meal, this hotel is the perfect choice.
The room was spotless and came stocked with thoughtful essentials including shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion, coffee, utensils, and cooking pots. You can tell they really care about guest comfort.
The location is another huge plus. Itās within walking distance to the Las Vegas Strip if you walk down Flamingo Rd, and about a 23-minute walk (roughly 1.5 miles) to Tacos El Gordo and Tacos El Pastor. Depending on which building your room is in, The Sphere is less than a 5-minute walk away ā which saved me money on Uber rides and parking.
For guests traveling with a car, complimentary parking is a huge bonus ā no parking fees at all, which is rare and very appreciated in Las Vegas.
The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. They even offer shuttle service around the property if walking is difficult. The property itself feels very secure, and despite being close to all the Vegas attractions, it was peaceful and quiet at night ā perfect if you actually enjoy getting good sleep away from the casino noise like I do.
Itās also only about a 15-minute drive to and from the airport, which made traveling super convenient. The on-site restaurant was great too ā the burgers were my favorite! Special shoutout to Nancy, Julian, and the hostess team for being so kind and welcoming.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences Iāve had in Las Vegas. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you want comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and a relaxing atmosphere close to everything Vegas has to offer. I will definitely be coming back!

forfifaThis hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right on the most vibrant stretch of the Las Vegas Strip. You step out and immediately have access to casinos, malls, and restaurants ā incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The room is super spacious, and opening the window offers a direct view of the Eiffel Tower, with the nightly light show fully visible. This view alone makes it worth the price. The room was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were comprehensive. Considering the location and the price, it truly offers excellent value for money. Parking is only $20 per day, which is quite reasonable for the Strip.
However, there are some clear downsides: the desk was largely taken up by a vending machine, making me wary of accidentally paying just to grab a bottle of water, and there was no space for a laptop. The Wi-Fi only allows two devices to connect simultaneously, requiring payment for additional devices. The check-in line was also excessively long, almost testing my patience to its limits.
Overall, if you're coming for the location and the view, these minor inconveniences are bearable. It's 2026 already; who doesn't have multiple phones, iPads, and computers? I hope they relax the Wi-Fi device limit. It wins on location and views, but loses on service details.

Anonymous UserI think it depends on the timing, but the check-in line (about 7 groups) moved incredibly slowly, and I was tired after standing for about 30 minutes. There were several Starbucks and food shops within the hotel, so I didn't need to go out. The bed and shower in the room were clean. However, the lack of a refrigerator in the room was inconvenient, but I was satisfied with the room's size, price, and cleanliness.

I stayed on a newly renovated floor, and while everything met 4-star standards and the stay was comfortable, I definitely won't be coming back. Reason one: it's incredibly inconvenient to go downtown for food, and the hotel's own food street offers poor value for money. Reason two, and the main reason: the deposit is $100 per night, and it wasn't refunded promptly after check-out. It's been three days now, and I still haven't received it back. When I've stayed at other hotels, the deposit was always refunded instantly after check-out. With inconvenient dining and transportation, a $100 deposit, and uncertainty about its return, I'd advise anyone considering staying here to think twice!

I was pleasantly surprised! Room was huge and clean. A/C was cold and the view was good. Prices at the restaurant were good and the food was great. I loved that I could quickly walk from the parking lot to the room elevators without hiking for miles like other places on the strip. I will definitely stay here again!

TriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! Weāve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

Guest UserThe staff was very helpful and friendly during my stay. I had to extend my stay and they were so accommodating which allowed me to attend to family needs. They had many food options and the gift shop came in handy for last minute needs.
