"When we first arrived to check in, the property looked a bit run down. I typically base my stays on photos and reviews, and since this place had an 8.2/10 rating with good reviews and pictures, I felt confident booking it. For something described as a boutique hotel with a spa, I was expecting a more upscale feel.
That said, check-in itself was very smooth and easy.
Finding our room, however, was confusing. The layout isn’t very clear, and we had trouble figuring out which way to go. We were on the second floor, and there’s no elevator—so be prepared to carry your luggage up a full flight of stairs.
Once we finally got to the room, it was very large and spacious, which was a nice surprise. The king bed was comfortable, although it only came with three pillows. Unfortunately, the furniture felt worn and a bit outdated, and the AC unit had a noticeable buildup of dust. There was also no water provided in the room, which would have been appreciated.
One of the biggest disappointments was the pool being closed—especially since it was still 89 degrees at night. That would have really made the stay more enjoyable.
Overall, the pictures online don’t accurately reflect the current condition of the property, which was disappointing."

"The hotel offers a fully self-service check-in, which saves time since you don't have to make awkward small talk with the front desk – perfect for introverts. The room is quite spacious, but it feels a bit old. I felt itchy sitting on the fabric sofa and sleeping on the bed, probably due to too many dust mites, and there was a lot of dust in the room, making me sneeze. There's a bathtub, and shampoo and shower gel are provided. However, essential items like slippers, a kettle, toothbrush, and toothpaste were missing; the only cups were a few clear plastic ones. We left the room at 12 PM, and it wasn't cleaned. We just made do for two nights. The location isn't ideal either; although it's on the busiest street, it's at the very edge, and it takes over 30 minutes to walk back to the hotel from the city center."

"When I called the hotel Front Desk, the person told me that the hotel does not offer daily clean-ups of the rooms. Instead, the rooms are cleaned every 3 days. That information is not on the the Circus Circus website nor the booking apps that offer Circus Circus as a hotel. I asked for a change of towels on the 2nd day, but nobody came on the 3rd or 4th day (I checked out on the 4th day). The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, but hotel security nor staff came to check when I called to complain. It took +30 minutes while on hold to speak to a staff member about the alarms going off in my room, and I had to leave the door open to get the smoke out. Nobody answered my call, and I was annoyed with the quality of service from the hotel. To be clear, I did not smoke in my hotel room. Others did and the smoke came into my room, and the alarms went off. I was scared and anxious - the sirens were blaring and caused distress. I don't see myself staying at Circus Circus again, anytime soon."

"I enjoyed this place because they don’t mind if I bought my bicycle inside. With it, due to the location, I was able to see large parts of Vegas that most people don’t get to go. You can walk to the Bellagio (where the action is) no problem and also south to MGM, across to ARIA, or planet Hollywood. Balcony was super clean with a view facing northward. No smoking allowed - good thing I would never smoke. Everything else was super clean and the clientele was behaved. There was a pesky charge at the end of the stay with no description on the line item, and it was some kind of valet charge. It took 20 minutes to get refunded so book the uber ahead a little incase you have such a charge. Also the concierge is trying to sell timeshares."

"My favorite part was delicious hot coffee and muffins in the morning at the cute gift shop! Clean rooms and comfy bed. If you have kids don’t forget the HDMI cord to hook up their games! Oh and very friendly and helpful lady at check in. My stay was short but I’d definitely stay again!"

"This is an older hotel within the resort, and it's a bit disappointing that there's no coffee maker or microwave in the room. You even have to buy your own bottled water, though I know most hotels in the US don't provide it. The service is a stark contrast to places like The Parisian in Macau. On the bright side, the Eiffel Tower night view is still quite nice."

"This hotel was the best I slept in during my 10-day business trip. Maybe I was just too tired. The beds here have poor rebound; the middle sags, so it's more comfortable to sleep diagonally. The hygiene is good. However, there's nothing provided – you have to buy water, and it's 1.5 times more expensive than outside! They don't list prices, but everything is definitely 1.5 times the outside price. It's connected to three or four other hotels, so it's huge and easy to get lost. There's a big temperature difference between day and night. The shower water here felt normal; it didn't have that slippery, hard-to-rinse-off feeling."

"I stayed for two nights. On the first night, I arrived early in the morning and there was an on-duty staff member, an older gentleman who provided excellent and very attentive service! He was very meticulous and patient, and I even gave him an extra tip out of gratitude. My second stay was four days later, and the front desk staff, compared to the gentleman who checked me in on the first night, was less satisfactory in terms of service. The hotel room itself was good, but the soundproofing wasn't great. Overall, I'm still quite satisfied."

GGuest UserStayed at this resort off strip and attached to Silverton Hotel and Casino. Apartment type, fully functional with welcome pack including dish washer tablets, laundry and conditioner powder, coffee, salt and pepper and sponge with detergent. Apartment is nicely furnished with good TV channels and views of mountains. There is a large free car park facility. This resort has heated pool and jacuzzi. Towels are provided in bathroom. There is washer and dryer and dishwasher for your convenience. Security at the elevators and staff happy to assist when needed. If you want a home away from home without the hefty price tags of resort fees and other expenses, this is the place to stay. There is a Target and Ross, In and Out burger, Mc Donald’s, petrol station and Grocery store about 10minute walk away. This resort is best suited if you can rely on a uber/lyft or your own private car rental as it isn’t close to the strip. Apartment isn’t serviced during your stay but there is a broom and dustpan and washer dryer to sort out towels. We would definitely return to this resort again and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

YYerJoshAmazing experience in The Venetian, it was our first time and you have to consider some great points to know why is the best hotel to stay in Las Vegas:
1. Amazing location
2. Direct Access to The Sphere concerts and Events
3. The Parking lot is easy to access in and out
4. Access to the Rooms are very close to the parking so you don’t need to walk too much
5. Access to food court are really close to the access to the rooms and that is amazing!
6. The Venetian gondolas attraction are really good and the whole decoration around is simply amazing!
7. The Rooms are recently renovated and the Deluxe Kings rooms have the option to see the Sphere and the rooms in the opposite side will see The Strip! So everyone will have a really nice view!
8. Easy access to the Las Vegas Strip Boulevard!
9. If you are planning to attend the CES, the largest technology event in the world you will have access to the Venetian Expo! So is the best place to stay during that event

Wwdym？Excellent stay, though the hotel is quite large so there was a bit of walking involved. After checking in, you can take the elevator from the lounge to the left of the entrance, and they thoughtfully provide cookies and coffee. The room was spacious and new, and housekeeping was very prompt. I wonder if they'll be able to maintain this standard years from now.

GGuest UserStayed at MGM because the show David Copperfield is based there, was a decent stay. Room was fine, beds comfortable, check in was smooth. Gym was decent. Valet parking and self parking. $40 and $20 per night. Make sure to check invoice on check out.

GGuest UserI was a little worried when I exited the freeway and immediately found myself driving through a large homeless encampment. However, it was confined to that one block. The hotel itself does not have homeless hanging outside or milling around.
There is a parking garage, but if your vehicle is taller than 68” you won’t be able to use it. Instead, you’ll have to park in the immediate adjacent covered spaces (none available when we got there at 10:00); but there’s another outdoor lot that was never full on the other side of the hotel- accessible by foot by either walking through the casino or outside about ½ block. Your hotel room key will get you in and out of the outdoor lots and garage.
Hotel staff and security are very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean, but I have asthma so walking through the smokey casino was difficult. I forgot that Vegas is still stuck in the 70’s when it comes to indoor smoking.
We had a room on the 9th floor. There are 4 good sized elevators that arrive quickly and they are clean and don’t smell.
Our room was clean, but no coffee maker and no microwave. There is a small mini fridge- really small. There’s a hairdryer on the wall by the sink. Adequate water pressure in the shower. Enough counter space on both sides of the sink for bathroom items. Shower has soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers- I forgot to let management know that the conditioner was pretty much jammed, but I was able to get some out with a lot of pumping.
Queen beds were comfortable. Very thin “blanket” so if you’re with someone who cranks the AC up, you’ll need a better blanket. The AC unit was a bit loud but I usually have white noise playing to get to sleep so it was good for me. Our room overlooked the freeway and industrial area so we did have freeway noise- again not an issue for me. I liked the shutters instead of drapes. Floors could do away with the carpeting in the rooms.
We didn’t watch any television but there is one.
Surrounding area: Mob Museum is across the street. So is Fremont Street which has some of the oldest hotels and Binions where you can take a photo with a stack of money- I think it’s 1 million dollars.
The California Hotel across the street caters to Hawaiians. You’ll find great Hawaiian food there.
They also have the pool for Main Street use- can’t comment because I didn’t use it.
What I learned today when we headed home is that there’s a Costco (needed gas) 5 minutes away & the escape rooms that my friend said we should check out (we didn’t have time).
There is a fantastic breakfast place 2 blocks down that is always busy. Hash House. If it’s packed, go to the bar to order takeout. Takes 15 minutes and you can grab a table in the food court 100 feet away.

NNengliyouduodaThe location is a bit out of the way; you'll need a taxi to get anywhere. The room itself was incredibly spacious and reasonably clean, but the facilities are showing their age. There was no water in the room, and a bottle downstairs cost nearly 50 [currency, assuming RMB]. No slippers were provided, and the sheets were very thin. The front desk's efficiency can't compare to what you'd find in [country, assuming China]; it's 'free America,' so don't expect much in terms of service. I'll try another hotel next time, if there is a next time.

GGuest UserThe Excalibur was a great choice. The rooms were clean, spacious and the pillows were great! The staff were very friendly in helping you with just about any question you had. I didn't care for the buffet. Way over priced, limited hours and the food not so special. Nothing open after 10 p.m. to eat and no fridge or microwave in the room.! Also, no comps for reward players. This is the down side. Otherwise it was a good time.

TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

GGuest UserOrleans is an off strip vegas hotel that is currently going through some much needed renovations. They are marketing mobile checkin and mobile room key both of which did not work. The note said I would need to sync my reservation with my Boyd rewards card which the front desk supposed didn't my n request but nothing showed up in the app. The room b itself was comfortable but lacked refrigerator and microwave although most Vegas rooms do. At the prices published online they all should. Lack of TV channels was somewhat problematic when trying to escape the casino. The on-site movie theater and bowling alley did help but if course cost more. The hotel used to provide some coupons to use around the premises during your stay but I did not receive any this stay. I did enjoy Balliwick and Ondori during my stay and found them good and not too pricey. The casino lacks some of the newer slot machines and this trip they seemed to be very tight. Overall the stay was fun.

GGuest UserThe hotel’s amenity and facility are great. I don’t understand why people put low rating for this hotel. They do set up bottled water in room for you while the 4-star hotel i stayed with in Las Vegas before didn’t. They did their good job at OYO!
