Loved it!! Clean, beautiful, and stylish. The green grounds are lovely. Easy access to the beach. Excellent location, with cafes nearby and the night market not too far. You need to drive to the shopping mall, but it's not too far, and you could even walk. The hotel is perfect for families with children, even though there aren't many play areas – just one small one, but it's convenient for very young kids. The pool is super! The sun loungers are also comfortable. There are two restaurants on site, and the food is decent for hotel prices. Breakfast is served in one of them and it's good! Eggs are brought to your table, the coffee is pretty good, and the desserts are fantastic. There's also a kids' food station, but it doesn't offer a huge variety. They sometimes had plain vegetables for toddlers, but not always, sometimes they were in sauce. They even served passion fruit. High chairs are available. The hotel is also very pet-friendly with lots of animals, and they even provide towels for dogs. On the downside: queues for breakfast, which is a bummer, especially when you have a child. Sometimes you'd wait 10-15 minutes! Not enough tables or staff. This was a bit frustrating during our stay, but the queues usually only happened during peak hours, not always. For example, around 9 AM there was always a queue. We also happened to be there during an electronic music festival for one day. It was chaos. The music blared until late at night, but we were warned beforehand.

Wonderful hotel! Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. They respond quickly to all requests. Pleasant staff, clean and well-maintained hotel. Free entry to the water park. Keep in mind that all the slides are for children 122 cm and taller. The slides aren't scary; my daughter (115 cm tall) usually rides similar slides at other water parks without issues, but here she wasn't allowed on them. So, she ended up in the toddler area. My only issues are with the water park itself. The hotel is superb. There's a small market nearby.

During my month-long vacation, I stayed in many different hotels, and this was the only one where it was noisy at night. All rooms have balconies overlooking the pool, which creates an acoustic echo. The soundproofing is very poor. Out of 4 nights, 2 were sleepless. In rooms with pool access, people come out to swim at night, laughing and splashing around, and the balcony door doesn't help at all, even with the hotel not at full occupancy. At 4 AM, the roosters start crowing loudly. They have their own yard with many chickens. So, it's quite lively, to say the least 😂. The rooms themselves are good, clean, bright, with a capsule coffee machine, and 4 bottles of water every day. The location is also decent, close to Bluport Shopping Mall, and to the right, a bit further, is Market Village. Directly opposite is the bus station with buses to Bangkok, which is why we booked it for our last 4 nights. The beach is also conveniently accessible through a cafe. Breakfast wasn't very diverse, just a couple of Thai dishes that weren't particularly tasty. The coffee was good though! I liked that you could make your own fresh pineapple juice. The seafood noodle soup (shrimp/squid) was delicious. The dining area is small and very stuffy, with only fans. There's a 1,000 baht deposit. The rooms get very hot quickly. Usually, we cool the room down well before bed and don't need to turn on the AC overnight. Here, we had to turn it on several times a night, and it was noisy. The jacuzzi on the balcony was completely useless, and the bench was immovable. A table and chairs would have been much better. For us, this hotel is a one-time stay; we definitely don't want to return.

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin and truly didn’t want to leave. The hotel’s amenities and overall environment are absolutely amazing. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing, creating such a peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. Breakfast was another highlight — there is a huge variety of options and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved every moment of our trip and can’t wait to come back. This is truly a perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

June 8-10, 2026 Hua Hin Hilton Resort & Spa, 3 days 2 nights for NT$15,412, which is NT$7,706 per night, including breakfast and dinner for two for two days. The pool is beautiful and a great place to relax for a long time. The Riverside Café next to the pool opens right onto Hua Hin Beach, perfect for photos on a sunny day. We chose to have both breakfast and dinner at the hotel this time, which saved a lot of time and allowed us to spend more time by the pool. Dinner was incredibly rich and more than we could eat. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of items. There are also many restaurants nearby, as well as a 7-Eleven, all less than a 3-minute walk away, which is very convenient.

Hua Hin Marriott Resort and Spa

I had high expectations for my stay at the Hua Hin Marriott, given its reputation, but my actual experience was incredibly disappointing. While the hotel's facilities, environment, and location were all good, the most crucial aspect—the 'service'—completely dragged down the entire hotel's standing. This was especially true for the front desk staff's attitude and professionalism, which were utterly unbefitting of the Marriott brand. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were aloof and perfunctory, lacking even the most basic service awareness. They were impatient with guest questions and communicated in a stiff manner, making it feel as if I was 'begging them to do their job' rather than receiving the service expected from a high-end hotel. Throughout the entire process, there was a complete absence of professionalism, respect, and warmth. What was even more frustrating was that some front desk employees clearly lacked training; they were unfamiliar with procedures, inefficient at resolving issues, and quick to pass the buck. Many simple problems took an unreasonably long time to address, leading to an extremely poor experience. Frankly, at the price point and positioning of the Hua Hin Marriott, guests are paying for more than just a room—they're paying for service. However, the front desk service here was worse than what you'd find at many standard business hotels. No matter how good the hardware is, it can't compensate for such terrible service attitudes. I hope the hotel management takes the issues with the front desk team seriously, or they will continue to erode guests' trust in the Marriott brand.

It was our third time there. The resort is trying to keep up to its standards. At the moment renovation works are underway leaving part of the resort closed. Some amenities are scrapped - for instance, there will be no tennis courts from now on. That being said, the hotel is still great with its private access to the beach, good restaurants, excellent staff (especially Napita from the Museum and Pew from the Coast cafe) and wildlife (an owl lived just opposite of our room!). Overall experience was great. I think we can return there one day.

The hotel boasts an elegant ambiance and impeccable hygiene. The rooms are well-lit and airy, fully equipped, and overall quiet and comfortable. It's also conveniently located, making for a very satisfying stay. The overall experience exceeded expectations: the rooms are spacious and bright, spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors, and service is prompt. Breakfast is extensive, and transportation nearby is excellent, ensuring a peaceful and pleasant stay.

The hotel has a Thai garden style and low density, creating a great resort atmosphere. It seems to have been renovated recently, so the rooms are very new. I read some reviews that mentioned there was no beach, but actually, you can walk on the beach every morning. The beach only disappears in the afternoon after high tide (see photos below).

Room was really spacious! Family loved it and the vibes were amazing, felt like you’re in a tropical island. Only downside is that there are no real beaches that is accessible from the hotel, but just know this before you visit! For the christmas special, they even gave us mini treat of chocolates in santa’a shoes! 10/10 for service
