5 Impressions from my stay – here’s why 😊 Whenever I travel to Hua Hin, I always choose accommodation based on two principles, and this was my first time staying at the Hua Hin Marriott. 1. A peaceful and beautiful place to stay. 2. Breakfast... As for the hotel's service, it depends on the day you check in. Yesterday, on 20/6/69, I checked in. The hotel informed me that check-in was at 3:00 PM (My first impression was that I was able to check in at 1:00 PM 😊). And the two ladies at the front desk, Khun Joy and Khun Gap, were very friendly and provided excellent service. They were smiling, chatty, and gave great recommendations (My second impression was that I was allowed to check out at 1:00 PM as well 😊). 🛌 The golf cart driver took me to my room. I chose a Superior Room with a garden view. The room was beautiful inside, with a soft bed and soft pillows (My third impression was that the hotel gave me a birthday cake with 'Happy Birthday' and took a photo 🎂). 🌈 I was resting as usual, but then I unexpectedly found that there was constant noise from the room above. I couldn't rest at all, so I called the staff to ask them to inform the room above about the noise. After a while, the noise was still loud and continuous (So I called the staff a second time. My fourth impression was that the hotel immediately changed my room without hesitation. They coordinated quickly, and I was upgraded to a new Deluxe Seaview room on an upper floor. It was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful 🌊🦀😄). 🍣🍥🍡 The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The grilled pork skewers were fragrant, there was fresh fruit juice, and a large selection of bread and cakes. All the staff in the restaurant provided good service, were smiling, and cheerful 😊👍. 🚟 Today, I checked out. I met the same staff member who greeted me, chatted, and apologized for yesterday's incident. This made me feel very impressed by the hotel and the staff's attentiveness and care for these details 🧧. 💰 For anyone considering a trip to Hua Hin and looking for a place to stay, I hope this can be one of your options for a relaxing break! 👍✌️☺️

Vana Nava is our top choice for a family vacation with elders and children. As soon as we got out of the car, staff members were there to help with our luggage. We handed it over and headed straight to the lobby on the 8th floor for check-in. By the time we got to our room, our luggage had already been delivered. The room was spacious, and the staff thoughtfully added an extra bed for us, which made our stay very comfortable. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, with enough variety that it never felt repetitive, even after several days. The shuttle bus service was very convenient; we could book our destinations and return times with the front desk in advance. All in all, we'll definitely choose this place again next time!

During my month-long vacation, I stayed in many different hotels, and this was the only one where it was noisy at night. All rooms have balconies overlooking the pool, which creates an acoustic echo. The soundproofing is very poor. Out of 4 nights, 2 were sleepless. In rooms with pool access, people come out to swim at night, laughing and splashing around, and the balcony door doesn't help at all, even with the hotel not at full occupancy. At 4 AM, the roosters start crowing loudly. They have their own yard with many chickens. So, it's quite lively, to say the least 😂. The rooms themselves are good, clean, bright, with a capsule coffee machine, and 4 bottles of water every day. The location is also decent, close to Bluport Shopping Mall, and to the right, a bit further, is Market Village. Directly opposite is the bus station with buses to Bangkok, which is why we booked it for our last 4 nights. The beach is also conveniently accessible through a cafe. Breakfast wasn't very diverse, just a couple of Thai dishes that weren't particularly tasty. The coffee was good though! I liked that you could make your own fresh pineapple juice. The seafood noodle soup (shrimp/squid) was delicious. The dining area is small and very stuffy, with only fans. There's a 1,000 baht deposit. The rooms get very hot quickly. Usually, we cool the room down well before bed and don't need to turn on the AC overnight. Here, we had to turn it on several times a night, and it was noisy. The jacuzzi on the balcony was completely useless, and the bench was immovable. A table and chairs would have been much better. For us, this hotel is a one-time stay; we definitely don't want to return.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are pretty good. This room type is a bit small and doesn't have a bathtub. Environment: The hotel is very close to Cicada Market, and the weekend night market is great for browsing. The hotel's spa is also fantastic and very Instagrammable. The main pool is nice. Service: The front desk and reservations department provided excellent service. The breakfast restaurant is small, and we had to wait for a table almost every morning.

An unexpected gem, this resort is perfect for a relaxing getaway! The gardens are expansive and the buildings are well-maintained, making it ideal for anyone looking to experience unique Thai architecture. Every staff member was incredibly friendly. Each afternoon, they even delivered complimentary snacks to our room. The breakfast offers Western, Thai, and a few Chinese options. The bread was delicious, and the jams were homemade – you can even pre-order and buy them if you like. There's currently some renovation work happening, but it didn't bother us during our stay unless we walked near the construction zone. As expected with so much greenery, there were some mosquitoes. Do note that a deposit is required upon check-in.

Listen up, if you're staying in Hua Hin, this is the hotel to pick. I've been to Hua Hin before, even before the pandemic, and this hotel, in my observation, is the best in town. Of course, it's been several years since my first visit, and I wouldn't rule out that many other great hotels have popped up since then. But all things considered, especially the location, I still believe this hotel is the best in Hua Hin based on my recent stay. Let me share some transport tips: From the airport's first floor, take the bus to Hua Hin. From there, you can grab a tuk-tuk for 200 THB directly to the hotel entrance. The hotel even has a taxi stand right outside, making it convenient to go anywhere. For beach horseback riding, it's 400 THB for 20 minutes. What's cool is how well-trained the horses are; even if you've never ridden before, you can ride by yourself without a handler. It's fantastic for taking videos and photos – very rewarding and perfect for sharing on social media, haha. Just diagonally to the right of the hotel entrance is the famous internet-famous Grandma's Mango Sticky Rice. I'm amazed that after all these years, Grandma seems unchanged and still in great health. I even got a photo with her this time. I highly recommend trying it (just don't go in the evening, as it's only open during the day). In short, if I go to Hua Hin, I'll basically always stay here! Highly recommended!

We loved the room's style and decoration, although we thought the big pool we could see from our room was the hotel's pool we could use. (It actually belongs to the building next door. 😆) The breakfast and room service food were really good and fresh.

We booked a beachfront room for our wedding anniversary. The hotel gave us a room on the 3rd floor with a great view. They even arranged towels into animal shapes on the bed and left a congratulatory card, which was a nice touch. However, there was no cake or sweets. They provided a complimentary first bucket of ice, and it seemed like they initially gave 4 bottles of water, but they happily provided more upon request without charge.

Location is literally beach front. 5 star for that. Our room is on the 2nd floor of wooden house by the beach. Literally sea views from the room windows. The only drawback was we got 2 calls from the reception to walk very gently as 1st floor guests was complaining about loud foot steps. Basically, we had to tip toe to move around the room. We were also charged additionally 400 baht for our 12 years old daughter even though we did not ask for extra bed, towel and amenities. Anyway, the 400 baht probably is the price for my daughter's minimal buffet breakfast. The only reason I will only give a few stars is because the big cockroach that climbed on my daughter's towel on the check out date. I didn't bother to complain about it since we were going to check out anyway.

For those bringing their own car, you can't park at the accommodation itself. Only condo owners are allowed to park there. You'll have to park elsewhere, which is quite a long walk from the condo. The air conditioning in the bedroom was also pretty loud and made a persistent clunking noise throughout the night.
