"I usually don't leave reviews, but this is the first time I've felt completely ripped off booking a hotel through Trip.com. First off, all the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, but! This 'pool villa' is no pool villa at all. The 'pool' by the entrance is tiny, more like a glorified bathtub. The entire hotel is also very small, even smaller than many guesthouses back home, and definitely doesn't deserve to be called a resort. Charging this price is an absolute scam! And the most outrageous part was the breakfast – it was incredibly basic, on par with a small-town hotel. Who wants to eat that kind of breakfast when on a Southeast Asian vacation?! Seriously, I'm speechless! With these amenities, it should be priced around 500-600 RMB. I paid over 2500 RMB for two nights, and I initially saw the cancellable rate at over 3500 RMB for two nights – the overpricing is absolutely insane!"

"Overall we were genuinely happy with our 5 day visit . But we did have some issues with our stay that we would like to mention here. First and foremost we really need management and owners to revamp the gym room. As it is an Insurance liability having , loose hardware , broken and missing parts and semi functioning equipment. See attached photos and video. The other issue is concerning, room amenities. The lack of coffee, Tea, sugar and cream with the hot water pot. And finally, I had to inform the front desk of a faulty receptacle behind the tv. See picture. Minus these issues, the overall staff and facilities will bring us back again and refer others to go to your facility with good report."

"I had such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. I booked this place for my dad’s birthday and requested a simple birthday card for him, but the staff went above and beyond our expectations. They beautifully decorated the bed with towels shaped into “HBD” and even surprised us with a birthday cake, which made the celebration feel extra special and memorable. The service from every staff member was truly amazing. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and attentive, and they genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable and meaningful. Small details like this made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. The hotel itself was also beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a getaway and quality family time. Everything was well maintained, and the room was spotless and comfortable. Thank you so much to the entire team for making my dad’s birthday so special. We were honestly very touched and impressed by the kindness and effort from the staff. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with exceptional service. 💖"

"The hotel's pool area is really nice, and the food prices are affordable. A couple of rooms had a slight odor from the drains. There's a shuttle service to two large malls, but the wait times between pickups and drop-offs are a bit long. The staff were all very friendly and helpful."

"I liked having the fitness center, though the pool was a bit small. Breakfast was okay, but the cleanliness of the fitness room on the first day wasn't good. I reported it to the hotel, and on the second day, it was very clean. I'd like them to maintain that level of cleanliness consistently."

"This is a small 5-star hotel located close to the beach. The service is excellent, and the staff are very attentive and professional. The only thing we did not particularly like was the shower in the bathroom, which is fixed to the wall and cannot be adjusted or moved. Furthermore, the hotel does not have a fitness center or EV charging facilities, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return again in the future. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beachside getaway."

"Great atmosphere, with a swimming pool. It's close to Bluport shopping mall, very convenient. The staff provides excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and varied, never repetitive. The cleanliness is superb; they change the towels every single day!"

"I was unimpressed from check-in. There were two front desk staff members, both busy with other guests, so we had to wait in the seating area. One of the staff members finished with their customer but didn't even glance our way. They just walked back and forth at the desk, glued to their computer screen. Out of courtesy, seeing they were busy, we waited for them to call us. But they never did; their eyes remained fixed on the computer until another guest walked in and was immediately checked in. Then three or four more guests came after that, and I couldn't take it anymore. In the end, I had to stand in line, and by the time I finally checked in, probably three or four other rooms had already been processed. The front desk had zero eye contact and no greeting whatsoever. This is truly unacceptable. Regarding the room, it was very spacious, but there were ants, as shown in the attached video. As for the towels in the bathroom, their condition was as shown in the pictures. Honestly, if I had towels like that at home, I would throw them away. In the morning, I couldn't find the hairdryer plug anywhere in the bathroom. It wasn't until the evening that I discovered it was inside the same drawer as the hairdryer. You had to pull the drawer out completely to see the plug. I don't understand their organization at all; how many people would pull the drawer out that far? The only plug that was prominently visible was the shaver socket. On the first night, I didn't finish all the complimentary water, leaving one bottle. When I returned, instead of having three bottles (the original two plus one for the one I drank), they only added one bottle, replacing the one I consumed. The benefit we should receive is two bottles of water per day. Some might call me stingy, but I just see it as unfair. In summary, my impression of this place is a 2 out of 10."

"The rooms were spotless, and the staff were very attentive to guests. The hallways inside the hotel and on each floor were air-conditioned. There are two elevators, which is super convenient as you never have to wait long. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Definitely great value for money, I'll absolutely be staying here again. A couple of minor drawbacks, as mentioned in other reviews: the bathroom is small (and it really is), and it's not beachfront, but it's still just a short walk away."

"This hotel is quite suitable for family vacations. There's a mini-farm within the resort where kids can feed and interact with animals. The Kids Club also organizes different activities daily, so children won't get bored. The rooms were renovated in 2025, so they feel new and spacious. Besides the family-friendly facilities, the hotel also offers a tennis court, Muay Thai experiences, and yoga classes, providing adults with various leisure activities. Overall, the facilities are quite comprehensive. If you're coming with children, you could easily spend a whole day at the hotel without it feeling monotonous."
