"We booked Kundala last minute as we needed a break from the city. The hotel is modern and beautifully maintained.
The pool was clean and the garden was beautiful with options for lounging and sitting.
It is right on the beach which is great for early morning swims before breakfast.
The restaurant was good and the staff were lovely.
Hua Hin itself is a great place. I would highly recommend."

"For 310 RMB during Chinese New Year, a sea-view room with breakfast included – this hotel offers unbeatable value for money! The hotel name sounds very simple, it's an old-school 3-star hotel. I don't know the exact name, but it's right across from the Marriott. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs. The pool is on the second floor, perfect for those who want to exercise daily. In the elevator, I often saw elderly Europeans on vacation or here for retirement, treating this hotel like a sanatorium – it's perfectly suited for that. It's very close to the two largest shopping malls in the city center, reachable in 10 or 20 minutes on foot. You can also take a motorcycle taxi if you're alone, which is convenient and fast. Ride-hailing services are also readily available since it's in the city center. On the way to the malls, you often stumble upon temporary street food stalls that are delicious, affordable, and clean – a little slice of happiness on every corner. The breakfast is so satisfying it's completely worth every penny. A sea-view room for only 310 RMB during Chinese New Year – I honestly couldn't find any other sea-view room that could compare in terms of value. No wonder so many people are long-term guests!"

"Staff were very hospitable and the rooms were extremely comfortable to stay/sleep in. They have Netflix and other streaming apps on their smart TVs as well. However, when it rained heavily one morning, it sounded very loud while we were sleeping and some water leaked through the door/bathroom ceiling. Staff were quick to mop it up and help with the issue though and it was just a minor inconvenience.
In terms of location, it was pretty central and there was direct beach access, but there still wasn’t very much to do in the area. Ordering a Grab car to go slightly further is quick and easy so there was no fuss.
They had two pools open during our stay and an open beach volleyball/badminton court. They also had some complimentary hand craft courses. I wish there were maybe a few more amenities, but it was fun regardless."

"A Quiet Little Paradise in Hua Hin: Exceptional Stay at iSanook Resort
I absolutely loved my stay at iSanook Resort! It truly is a quiet little slice of paradise.
Location:
The resort is a bit outside the main hustle and bustle of Hua Hin town, which we actually preferred. It offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere while being just a short trip from the action. The location is fantastic because it's very close to one of the main beaches. You’ll also find plenty of convenience stores, laundromats, and even a few restaurants within easy walking distance.
Amenities & Facilities:
· Pool: The pool is absolutely beautiful—sparkling clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by great furniture for lounging.
· Gym: The nice gym had everything I needed for a good workout.
· Room: Our room was clean, efficient, and well-designed. We appreciated the balcony with furniture, the refrigerator, and the in-room safe. Everything was in excellent condition.
Dining & Food:
The excellent breakfast was a daily highlight, offering a wonderful variety of Chinese, Thai, and Western options. The great food continued throughout the day at the café and the poolside bar, which also had fantastic drink specials during happy hour.
Service:
Customer service was excellent across the board. The staff were attentive, friendly, and the entire hotel property is very well-kept.
Verdict:
If you’re looking for a quiet, romantic getaway or a relaxing escape from the busier parts of Hua Hin, this is the place. I can't recommend iSanook Resort highly enough and will definitely be returning."

I stayed two days at Royal Pavilion Hua Hin. It is an older 3-star hotel with some renovation, so expectations for facilities and services should be moderate. The housekeeping lady kept the room very clean

The location is very good, close to the night market. The night market is one of the best I have visited in Bangkok, with many seafood restaurants and quite a few places offering live music.
If your budget allows, you may want to consider a 4- or 5-star hotel for more facilities and services."

"At first, we were put in a very dirty room on the 6th floor, a yellow room. It was disgusting and awful. It hadn't been renovated for a long time. There was mold everywhere in the bathroom, it was poorly cleaned, there were some marks everywhere. When we turned on the hot water tap to take a shower, there was none. We called reception to tell them about it and have them change our room. A staff member came quickly and gave us a key card for another room. It was a red room on the 8th floor. We checked it out. The room was much cleaner and recently renovated. For some reason, there was hot water in the tap, and then I filled it up to take a hot bubble bath. It was very relaxing. I liked the room and the bathroom. But at night, mosquitoes appeared out of nowhere on the 8th floor, but all the windows were closed, including the balcony. We slept poorly because the mosquitoes kept us up all night. The only plus was a more or less edible, filling breakfast in the morning. After that, we left. You can rent it for one night, but you need to ask for a clean, mosquito-free room. The pool is shallow, suitable for children, and the sauna costs 100 baht. The fitness center is free. It's located on the road, but you can't hear the noise."

GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and everything was clean. The bed was soft and the pillows comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the plumbing was in good condition. The room had a kettle, electric stove, microwave, and cutlery (spoons, knives). The pool was small with two sun loungers, and the area was quiet and peaceful. There's a small balcony, and my window overlooked the car park.
Breakfast/snacks are served on the 6th floor from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. There's a coffee machine, hot water, yogurt, bread, jam, and butter. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away, and there are shops nearby.

Only one comment is I booked standard room which is located Building A or B only on 1st floor. Building A has steps and no ramps then if you have dog stroller, Building A is really not convenient while Building B has ramp to your room - no steps. Hotel should consider that if guess has pet, then you should assign Building B for more convenient - not Building A. For this trip, I had been assigned to Building A, then I need to hold and carry my dog to the steps everyday - really not convenient

PPrempaBooked 2 rooms for our family trip and was very impressed with our stay. The staffs are nice and helpful to every question we have. The hotel location is convenient to go to night market or local restaurants. The room facilities are also in a good condition. The parking may be limited but there is staff standby to accommodate so it’s not really a problem. Would definitely like to stay here again!

UUlaaa66This hotel is huge and has its own private beach, which is perfect for an unobstructed sunrise view. We were incredibly lucky to even see 'blue tears' (bioluminescent plankton) during our stay – it was so dreamy! There are also many classes available to choose from daily, and several restaurants, with a wide variety for the breakfast buffet. Although the room facilities are a bit dated and there's the inevitable dampness from being by the sea, the warm service and delicious food made for an excellent holiday experience. Overall, it's highly recommended. We basically just relaxed at the hotel for our entire three days in Hua Hin. And the hotel's Barai Spa? It truly lives up to its reputation as one of Asia's best! Definitely worth trying if you're in Hua Hin.

PPoontrazzStepping into the room was a real 'wow' moment! It's so spacious with a warm, inviting feel. The king-size bed is incredibly soft; I practically didn't want to get up. The bed linens are as fine and smooth as those in a luxury hotel. The sofa corner is perfectly arranged for lounging. I especially love the adjustable bedside lamps – just switching them on instantly puts me in vacation mode.
The bathroom is HUGE! It has separate wet and dry areas, plus a bathtub right by the window 🛁✨. The water pressure is excellent, the temperature is consistent, and the amenities have a lovely, subtle scent. Full marks, ten out of ten, no deductions!

GGuest UserUR Huahin Residence was a different kind of place. It's an inconvenient 45 minute walk from Hua Hin's centre/Beach but the complex is self sufficient. All you need is there, so long as you have transport.
It's true what others say - most of the offerings on the menu of their restaurant (Yellow Bus), are pricey, and the inclusive buffet breakfast is meagre. No other restaurants nearby and a 600 m walk to a 7-11.
That said, the pool is first class and we'll kept. A laundry service on site, is great.
I thought I was getting a mountain-view room but ended up on a low floor facing the parking lot - bearable for just four days. High floor suites are apparently reserved for long term snowbirds who rent by the month.
Service replacing amenities was daily and generous.
Suite was generally clean except for a few small dead insects found upon arrival, that may have crawled in from the pigeon nest on my balcony next to the a/c exhaust.
In a pinch, I'd stay here again because the price is fair.🙂

The smart lock on the door offered excellent security 🔒, and the room had such great natural light that I didn't even need to turn on the lights ☀️. The air conditioning temperature control was perfectly precise ❄️, and the duvet was just the right thickness – not too hot, not too cold 🥰. Even the mouthwash cups were sterilized, which gave me complete peace of mind 🥛. My experience was absolutely perfect!

GGuest UserThe resort is not near the town center but has many facilities such that you don’t need to go out. It has 2 lovely swimming pools. The lagoon pool is for adults only and is set in a tranquil environment. There are a few restaurants; we love the one that is right on the beachfront. The beach is short has a lot of broken shells, which is not ideal to walk on. Service is excellent. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

It's a detached house, and you need to use your room card to access the hotel pool. Turn right out of the small alley and it's a 5-minute walk to 7-Eleven, and a 20-minute walk to the big night market.

RRusInitially, it didn't seem too good on the eye. Walls were a bit old, and it wasn't a fancy room at all.
Give it some time and this small niche might feel as cozy, if not luxurious. There's a little balcony as well if one likes an evening drink or just to lounge. Internet is pretty good. Considering it's a hostel-cum-hotel, it was pretty quiet and calm. The location is somewhat good and makes it accessible to markets and other touristy spots around. You can walk east to meet the beach after 20 minutes.
I think I might come back here.
For solo travelers, it's a good recommendation (2-3 nights max).
