Amazing
KKimberly_MayThis is my second time staying at Ferrah Garden, and I will definitely be coming back on my next Boracay trip!
The staff are incredibly welcoming and courteous. They always greet us whenever they see us, which made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. I also really appreciated the complimentary welcome drinks, especially with the hot weather in Boracay. The personalized welcome note and thank-you banner were such thoughtful touches and made our stay feel extra special.
Overall, our experience was a 9/10. My only concern was that the telephone in the room wasn’t working. However, we mentioned it to the staff, and they immediately checked on it, which I really appreciated.
The breakfast was another highlight. The servings were generous, and everything we had was delicious and well-prepared.
Thank you, Ferrah Garden, for another wonderful stay! Looking forward to visiting again on our next Boracay trip. ❤️

LLizok BossyYou know, I want to say that my stay at this hotel was perfect, thanks to the staff's attentive attitude towards their guests. I especially want to highlight the work of the check-in attendant, Almond (I hope I remembered the name correctly). He made my stay simply perfect! Always greets you with a smile and kindness in his heart. It's definitely worth coming back for service like that! ☺️ I really liked the clean beach nearby and the turquoise water. The hotel is located away from the party zone, which allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet!

GGuest UserThis is a wonderful hotel, exactly as described, and the photos are completely accurate. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay throughout your vacation. Any issues that arose were resolved in minutes. You can tell they truly value their reputation. Just a heads-up: payment at the hotel is cash-only.
The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, beyond words. It's right in the heart of all the entertainment and leisure spots, and only a 5-minute walk to the sea.
I do want to mention one significant drawback: there was a lot of noise from equipment operating near our room, which was quite unpleasant. You do get used to it over time and eventually tune it out, but it might be an important consideration for some. In the last few days of our stay, the hot water started to disappear, becoming only lukewarm, and this issue couldn't be resolved. Also, the Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working completely on our last night (Friday to Saturday) without any explanation, so we had to use mobile internet until check-out.
For us, the breakfasts were a notable downside – the selection of dishes was extremely limited. Coffee was only served from a pot (likely instant), and coffee from the machine was an extra charge. However, after I brought this up, the issue with the coffee machine was resolved. For the next six breakfasts, they made complimentary machine coffee for my partner and me.
Special thanks to the entire hotel team and for the lovely daily notes in our room that brightened our mood and made our vacation even more enjoyable!

GGuest UserFacilities: The room was quite small and didn't have a smart toilet. The lighting was insufficient, making the room very dim at night. Apart from one elevator spot, getting around mostly involved stairs. Upon arrival, the small entrance and stairs were quite a surprise. Seeing the staff constantly hauling luggage, it must be exhausting.
Environment: The glass sea outside the hotel is beautiful, and the infinity pool offers excellent views.
Cleanliness: The breakfast tables were sticky – it felt like they hadn't been properly wiped after the previous use. The flat white I ordered at the bar often came with dirty stains on the rim where you drink, yet the cups by the coffee machine inside were perfectly clean.
Breakfast: Previous reviews raved about the coffee, but it tasted no different from machine-made. Even the most basic items like bread, pastries, and hash browns were unappetizing, which was disappointing.
Service: The service was absolutely five-star. This was the best part of the stay, besides the scenery. When my child accidentally fell, the front desk staff immediately came to help, called for medical assistance, and periodically checked on us. I'm incredibly grateful for their thoughtfulness. Every staff member we encountered greeted us, making us feel genuinely welcome. The staff by the pool and at the beach chairs were always prompt in changing towels, tidying chairs, enthusiastically providing ice water, and even offered small drinks and snacks from time to time. Truly excellent.
Suggestions: Since reviews for all the top hotels on the island varied, I hesitated for a long time about which one to choose. In the end, I decided to try a few different hotels to experience different styles, so I only booked one night at Lind. I had just checked in that afternoon and was enjoying the welcome drink, only to find a note on the bed that evening saying goodbye and reminding me of the check-out time. This felt very strange – hadn't I just been welcomed? The night wasn't even over yet. Also, before my arrival, I kept receiving emails requesting information, but after providing it, there was no synchronized reply or follow-up. Then, I would receive another email asking for the same information again. This aspect was quite disorganized and I hope it can be improved.

GGuest UserI rarely write such long reviews, but this hotel truly deserves it.
Crimson is a wonderful hotel in every sense of the word. It's situated in a quiet, peaceful location that offers complete privacy and seclusion – exactly what we were looking for. The hotel has its own private beach, which is clean, well-maintained, and never overcrowded. It felt like we had stumbled upon our own little paradise.
The restaurants deserve a special mention. The food was absolutely delicious at all dining venues – a huge variety and excellent quality. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner – every meal was a delight.
But what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. The team is incredibly attentive and warm. When we decided to extend our stay, we were pleasantly surprised with compliments and small gifts – we truly felt valued. And when my husband unfortunately fell ill during our trip, the staff went above and beyond to help – offering assistance, checking in on us, and making sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and professionalism were astonishing.
And the pillow – it was incredibly comfortable. Honestly, I don't remember the last time I slept so well. Every night of our stay, I had a deep, peaceful, perfect sleep – no neck pain and no tossing and turning.
Crimson has spoiled all other hotels for me – in the best possible way. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be back.

AAnonymous UserThis is a lovely beachfront hotel. The private beach ensures a very quiet and relaxing stay. The rooms and the entire property were immaculately clean, making for a very comfortable experience. The lush greenery surrounding the hotel grounds also adds to its charm, allowing guests to relax amidst nature.
The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus to D'Mall, with 4 round trips per day. It has a capacity of 8 people and requires reservations. While very convenient, I think it would be even more useful if there were more frequent trips and if it could stop at a supermarket along the way.
The chocolate buffet was very enjoyable, but I believe the satisfaction level would be even higher if fruits were also offered.
Above all, the staff's hospitality was outstanding; they were always warm and accommodating throughout my stay. This is a highly recommended hotel that I would definitely want to stay at again.

YYhanjadeWe had a wonderful stay at NIG niGI . The location right on the beach is absolutely perfect—just a few steps from the lobby and our feet were in the sand. The beach area was clean, well-maintained, and never felt overcrowded, which made for a very relaxing break.
As a family/solo traveler, I really appreciated the sense of security here. We felt completely comfortable leaving our belongings on the loungers while swimming, and the property overall felt very well-monitored and safe at all hours.
Everything about the stay was hassle-free. The hotel is a quick drive from the airport/main attractions, and there’s a convenience store just a short walk away for any last-minute snacks or toiletries. Check-in was smooth, and the valet/concierge team was very helpful with local recommendations.
If you're looking for a place where you can truly unwind without worrying about logistics or safety, this is it. We will definitely be returning for another beach getaway.

GGuest UserPros
The hotel is in a great location. It is right on the beach. Restaurants, bars and stores were all right outside hotel. As you walk out of hotel, you will be bombarded with people selling you things: hair braiding, excursions, seafood, tattoos, bracelets, massages… etc but that’s everywhere on the beach. Hotel staff were great! They surprised my son with a birthday song and a treat on his birthday. We didn’t even let them know it was his birthday, so they must have noticed on his passport. They took photos and videos of this nice surprise. Upon checkout, hotel also gave us personalize bracelets as thank you gifts. Swimming pool was nice and not too busy. Breakfast was not bad. Lots of options. Great breakfast view.
Cons
Our room was really far. We booked for 4 but only had 2 towels in the room. Had to request for more towels as well as hand towels and floor towels as the room don’t have any. Water pressure was terrible. At some point, there was no water coming out of the faucet at all. We couldn’t shower or wash our hands. Staff were super accommodating and changed our room the next day. 2nd room was closer and much newer looking. Water pressure was good but now wifi was not working.
