Not sure about this time, i was paying for an executive king sea room because i wanted a quiet & non-smoking environment.
Somehow, i was given a noisy room located on 23rd floor, and we were just below the restaurant on 24th floor. Keep hearing footstep and noise above us... can't rest properly, and was given a smoking room... hope Pullman Miri will look into these. Not really convinced this is an executive room... 😔😔
but the good part was the view, and also the lobby was huge and full with christmas vibes, with christmas tree and decorations.

Very nice and comfy resort hotel! We are welcomed by the bell boy helping us with the luggage with big smiles and greetings.
The front desk politely ask for us to rest at lobby or can go for nearby shopping while we were waiting for the room to be ready ( we were early).
They gives us plenty of drinking waters to make sure we stay hydrated!
Swimming pool is big and nice ( they have several baby pool, and a big pool with various depths).
It was nice as they also provide us complementary dinner for 2 ( our booking comes with breakfast for 3 adults, kiddo is additional RM30). I would like to complement the restaurant staff - Rita who has given us the utmost great hospitality and flexibility as we request to pack food to go instead of dinning in ( dinner).
Overall I am impressed by this 5- star hospitality of Marriott. They never let me down with their superb services.

CchichangtaijiJust walking distance from Miri airport, this hotel is a real gem. The rooms are well-designed and well-lit (most hotel rooms are too dim for me), complete with ceiling fan so we could just open the window and enjoy natural air; and we loved the breakfast place with its high ceilings and good spread. Staff too are very nice; and special kudos to bell-boy/shuttle van driver Charles Ta. He was so nice and helpful (we were carrying a fair amount of baggage + two kids) - even getting us trolleys at the airport and, after all that, he graciously declined my tip saying he was just happy to do his job well. I hope the hotel management is reading this - please do compliment him.

WWorldGluttonWe checked into ANO hotel on 8th Jan 2020. Checking is a breeze. The receptionist is courteous. I was assigned to room 329, a corner room. The room is well appointed with all the amenities. Since its only a 2 to 3 star hotel, there is no fridge/mini bar. My room is a twin bedded room. It is cozy, airconditioning is just right. I like the huge rain shower head. Bed & pillows are comfortable, sheets are clean. Room is well insulated from outside noise. Hotel facility is limited with no frills. There is no swimming pool, only a small cafe on ground floor next to the lobby. Hotel is located in the town centre near to lots of F&B outlets. Its a convenient & economical hotel, I will not hesitate to recommend to others.

GGuest UserHello everyone, I took my wife mother and my 1 year old son to Meili for a holiday. The hotel is really beautiful with all kinds of modern facilities. The breakfast was quite good (although the three of us only gave 2 coupons). But the hotel facilities are quite good. The only problem is that there are few halal restaurants nearby. It would be best if renting a car here and parked at the hotel. (We rented for three days), other facilities are good. We prefer the cheap rooms so the rooms don’t have a good view (actually in the middle of the corridor.) Overall the experience was quite good.

LlessvitamingurlCan you atleast do another aircond controller near the bed area. It will be an ease for guests to change the temperature. Its pretty tiresome to get up and walk to the controller to change temperature if its too cold or hot when lie down on the bed. I booked through agoda and request a lot such as high floor room, bath tub, sea view. Im surprised that they actually gave what i requested. Its a good stay. The toilet was clean.

WWorldGluttonStayed at the Mega Hotel during the last trip. It is a 290 rooms, 4 star hotel situated at the centre of town. It is conveniently located near eateries, pubs and retail outlets. Check in was a breeze into spacious twin bedded corner room 329. Room is well appointed and furnished complete with most basic amenities. Morning breakfast is served at the Chatterbox Cafe . It has a wide spread of breakfast choices from western to local dishes. Breakfast is up to the culinary standard. Hotel has a curvilinear layout swimming pool on the 11th floor which offers breath-taking view of the city skyline day and night. Function Rooms and gymnasium are located on the 4th floor. Despite some noises disturbance from the Discotheque across the street, overall the hotel is well recommended due to its central location.

GGuest UserReserved the standard room for my relatives without breakfast for two nights and the feedback from the stay was excellent . The front desk officers were informative and attentive to all their requests during the stay . The facilities of the hotel were comprehensive where they greatly enjoyed the swimming pool with an awesome City and Sea view as the backdrop . The wide array of shopping and dining options offered by the adjoining mall were the extra bonuses ! All in all , a very enjoyable and relaxing staycation!! A big shoutout to the friendly staff of Meritz Hotel ! Keep up the big smile 😊!!!
