We hosted last year and returned again, we found the same details last time. The person responsible for the hostel area could not give general information, there were no ice machines in each floor and more than once we asked for reception assistance and never answered the phones.
The staff were very careful, as well as the roommates and special congratulations to a older gentleman who brought us to the room a cun for our baby, was very friendly and service.

It should be the best hotel in Monterrey, the equipment is very new, in Plaza Arboleda , there are many delicious restaurants next to it. The room is quite big and the service staff is warm.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering helpful recommendations and attentive service.
My room was a true oasis, featuring modern amenities, a plush bed, and a lovely view of the city. I particularly enjoyed the spacious layout and the luxurious bathroom—definitely a highlight!
The hotel’s dining options were superb. I indulged in a delightful breakfast buffet each morning, complete with fresh local ingredients and a variety of choices. The on-site restaurant for dinner was equally impressive, serving exquisite dishes that made every meal a treat.
The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the local culture. After a day out, I loved unwinding by the pool, which provided a peaceful escape.
Overall, my experience at Safi Royal Luxury Metropolitan was outstanding. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay with impeccable service, this is the place to be!

KKuailebaimawangziI stayed at the Monterey Val Holiday Hotel on the third day. First of all, I felt that the hotel area was very good and very safe. There was a large shopping mall next to Safi opposite. There were everything in it. There were two Chinese fast food points. Of course, there were very famous Mexican restaurants around. The hotel is some years old, but these functions of business travel hotels are also enough, breakfast varieties are more, there are Ferris wheels and playgrounds around.
