oh my oh my where to start? we were holidaying in early August and cancelled Cefalu as we do not like to be with hordes of people - Tusa got recommended and we are so glad we found this hotel. Make sure you pay extra for a sea view room they are totally worth it. Breakfast is on the top floor and also worth paying extra for. And we had the best dinner in Tusa in the hotel. For us it was the perfect choice. The room is big, clean, has everything that we need - the only thing that was not perfect is the fridge that was not cold enough. I cannot wait to return!!

NH Taormina is an exquisitely designed hotel with great open spaces, unique architectural features and splendid rooms. The view of Taormina, the Ionian Sea and the Greek Theatre were spectacular. The breakfast buffet offered delicious options with awesome service. The front desk helped us with timely information and great advice. Angelo, Adolfo, Giuseppe and the staff deserve all did a fantastic job. It was evident they love working at NH Taormina.

The hotel presidential suite is basically the entire fake impeccable. The room has its own swimming pool, two bedrooms, high privacy and high level of service. The hotel spa is also worth a visit, just to relax after swimming. The hotel has a private beach. Upon check-in, a free island cruise is provided, and a shuttle service up and down the mountain is provided. Going in October was great for us the hotel was geared to older people and we were informed it was completely different from the summer months. I would say this hotel is not suitable for children as there are a lack of facilities to amuse youngsters throughout their day only water play. We went as a party of three women and had rooms 5324 5326 and 5340. Each room was large, spacious, spotless, loads of storage and each one had an excellent sea view. Sleep was good as the hotel was quiet by 12 midnight. All of the team at the Olimpo-Le-Terrazze hotel were helpful, lovely and friendly a real credit to their employers. The outdoor pool was cold yet rejuvenating once we were brave enough to get into it. Round the pool loungers were plentiful, along with the joy of a stunning view. Food was plentiful and good we never had snacks even though they were readily available, we didn't need to. No complaints at all with food and drink availability. Night time entertainment was low key music and singing. The hotel had weddings whilst we were there and it also had weekenders staying too. The hotel is close to bus routes and the train station and the reliability of public transport was spot on. We did go out and about with plenty of opportunities to travel all over from there. The TUI rep was very informative and helpful we were confident to explore the area. Mosquitos were a downer for us yet they aren't keen on lemon juice that worked well for all three of us, creams, lotions and potions did nothing. All in all we were so sad to leave as the Olimpo-Le-Terrazze Hotel it provided us with great people who looked after us - with patience, great facilites, great location. Arrived on the 2nd of September and enjoyed every minute of the time we spent in the hotel. We arrived in the hotel reception and was greeted by the lovely Angelina, who made us so welcome and gave lots of information effortlessly. She had arranged some nice drinks for us that evening as we were there for a birthday celebration. She walked us to our lovely room and which was stunning, luckily we were also given a sea view room. Only disappointed was the fact we didn’t get the chance to say goodbye to her when left on the morning of 6th to thank her properly. Apologies for missing you, the Taxi picked us up pretty sharp. All of the reception staff were nice, helpful, friendly but professional. All the staff in the hotel were excellent, friendly, easy to talk to and helpful. The bar staff were great and made excellent cocktails with lovely Cicchetti sides which were very tasty. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff, were great and organised. The bed in the suite was comfortable and room was spotless and cleaned each day. The shower was spacious, with various shower heads and the Ortiga soaps smelt lovely, which can be bought at the shop on the Corso Umberto. The hotel is designed well with lovely art work and beautifully furnished. Location is the best, right on the Corso Umberto. The infinity pool views are spectacular. Will definitely return one day and wish all the staff all the best.

We stayed for a week on a guided tour with Titan travel. On the third day my wife fell on the stairs, broke her arm and taken to the local hospital. The group leader was of no help despite this being a part of Saga. My wife is 78 and I am 80. We speak no Italian. The Hotel was extremely supportive. They allowed us to take all of our meals in the room for four days and check out late afternoon for the flight. They scanned and sent all the documents to our insurer. Arranged a doctor to attend and one young woman came to the room and sorted out the complicated sling for her arm, the instructions for which were in Italian. We are eternally grateful to all the staff. You will be in good hands. Additionally the hotel is pleasant and the food excellent.

The hotel is really great. The hotel is located on the Taormina Mountain. When I went there, I happened to encounter the Chinese restaurant 3. I was very fortunate. It took only 7.8 minutes to walk from the Red Restaurant. The breakfast was good. It was very close to the viewing platform. It only takes 4 minutes

The large, comfortable and clean room with a view of the interior.The breakfast was excellent.The location was excellent as walking walks reached the private beach and also the small bourg de Torre faro where there were many restaurants and restaurant places. The hotel is very beautiful, but it would deserve a restructuring.
