GGuest UserI recently had breakfast at the Holiday Inn in Mayur Vihar, and it was easily the highlight of my morning. The meal was served at Café on 3, which has a lovely, upscale ambiance with peaceful views of the outdoor pool. The breakfast buffet is incredibly expansive and caters to every palate. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff was attentive without being intrusive; special thanks to the team for their polite and helpful service throughout the meal. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and provided a very relaxing environment to start the day.

BbibrewdogI recently stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Pune and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The staff were courteous, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, I did notice that some areas of the hotel are beginning to show their age. In particular, the coffee shop's furniture could use some attention. The sofas appeared worn and in need of a deep cleaning, and a few tables were a bit wobbly, which made dining slightly uncomfortable. While the bathrooms were clean, certain fixtures seemed dated, suggesting that the hotel might benefit from some refurbishments to maintain its high standards. Despite these minor issues, the hotel's service and amenities were commendable. With some updates to the furnishings and facilities, the JW Marriott Pune can continue to offer the luxurious experience it's known for.

MM23810****1 The network is very bad, often disconnected from the network can not bear. 2 The room is quite old, there are a lot of mosquitoes, and the rest is not good at night. 3 The outside environment is very good, but what is the use? Not sleeping outside. 4He belongs to Marriott Group, but Marriott members have no rights to book here, and I don't know why Marriott cooperates with such an old hotel.

홍홍 정만Overall, it is good to fit the brand name. However, the entrance to the hotel is too shabby and does not stand out. It is where I want a hotel in such a place. Meals, services and facilities are all good, but the gym facilities for exercise are not very good and the swimming pool is not good. This part seems to need improvement.

KKryssycThe service was an absolute standout. From the moment I stepped into the lobby to when I checked out, the care I received from service staff was unparalleled. The room was huge and beautiful too, the only downside are the filthy windows, probably time for some window cleaning. Location was alright, other than a small but upscale mall beside the hotel there was nothing much, but since I was there for business it was fine.

DDavid L TexasThe room was clean and comfortable but I had few unpleasant experiences at this hotel. Firstly, there was a group party playing loud music on the same floor that I was staying and woke me up around 2AM. Also on the day of checkout, the computer system was down and they had me wait ~30 minutes to verify if I had taken breakfasts or dinner at the hotel restaurant. I told them my reservation included breakfasts and I had one dinner buffet and can pay cash for it. For some reasons they insisted on waiting for the system to come back but it was getting late for my flight. They can careless and was going through all guests paper receipts to no avail. Finally they want to charge me for 3 dinners but I said I only stayed for two nights & was ridiculous to charge me for 3 dinners. I got fed up and walked towards the uber driver that was waiting for me. One guy chased me down and told me to wait for their manager to show up. Long story short, I had never experienced anything like this, it was ridiculous to say the least.

ZZahra J KWe lived at Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala for 3 nights and I would like to take a moment to really appreciate the entire the staff. They were all extremely respectful, humble, and responsive. Mr Shivam during check-in was welcoming and very accommodating. Baba rao in the restaurant was always on his feet during breakfast hours and whenevr we saw him throughout the day. Rahul and Sritham were very hospitable and kind and always served us with utmost warmth. The housekeeping girls always had a smile on their face and were available promptly. The property is small (which honestly we loved) and super squeaky clean and well maintained. Given the current situation in our country, the biggest thing i saw in the staff was how they gave equal treatment and respect to every guest despite their culture, language or dress. I am super happy we chose this place to spend a few days. I am surely going back again, if they maintain these good standards.

BbibrewdogHey, so the Orchid hotel on the Mumbai-Bangalore highway is in a good spot, but it's not a five-star hotel by any means. It's a big place, but I'd say it's more like a three-star. Nothing to really complain about, but they could definitely do a better job with the landscaping and cleaning.
