UUtkarshStayed multiple times and they always make our stay comfortable. Excellent hospitality, service, cleanliness and convenient with plenty of F&B in the hotel and around it. One of the best Malls in Mumbai is connected to it too.

GGuest UserAmbience was just equivalent to The Taj Hotel.
The front office staff were very friendly & conducted an express check-in.
The housekeeping staff ensured that the rooms were clean and tidy and did replenished the consumables.
The waiters and chefs greeted every guest with a broad smile & attended every request of the guests.
Specially Mr. Akram did a splendid job in attending to the physically challenged guests.
Overall a wonderful experience.

YYUHotel facilities are old, and the various switch settings are quite different. The toilet pulls the door and does not move. The curtains and blinds were pulled up and put down for 5 minutes... The restaurant service was garbage. I ordered two dishes with the guests. After 40 minutes, the guests complained that the food was slow, and the waiter did not accept the account, causing the guests to be unhappy. Breakfast is not rich.

GGuest UserBit dated hotel. Location not near any good places but close to the airport.
But design of the hotel is fantastic and great facilities such as Gym, Sauna, Swimming pool, several restaurants.
Great stay if you want to stay near the airport and want to have some fun before your flight.
Would for sure stay here again in the future.

GGuest UserThe hotel is too long, very old-fashioned, breakfast is generally not much, that is, the cheapest most wonderful is to buy McDonald's, security checks do not let me bring in? What do you mean? You have to eat outside, I don't know all Indian hotels do this.

PPANCHALGood hotel with all facilities. Not the best for solo female travellers as there is a club on the top floor. Can be a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. But the staff is quite supportive and caring. They do their best to make you feel safe. Food is good. Overall satisfactory.

GGuest UserArrived New Year's Eve and hotel was hosting a party with massively loud music that continued till nearly 2am, keeping guests from resting.
They relocated the room to one exterior where noise wasn't as severe yet still shook the bed
No advanced notice this would be happening
Gym was shut and locked in the morning - not possible to use
During breakfast trash from the night before was floating in the pool
Facilities were old and cracking, yet A/C and shower functioned well
Not deserving of a 4-star classification
Will stay elsewhere next time coming in or out of Mumbai airport
