AAnonymous UserWe stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace for 5 days and 4 nights as a couple, and our experience was truly unforgettable. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade from the Tower to the Palace wing, which made our stay even more special. The welcoming ceremony set a beautiful tone, and the complimentary drinks and chocolates sent to our room were a thoughtful touch—especially the hot chocolate, which was honestly the best we’ve ever tasted.
The breakfast buffet had a good spread, and everything we tried was delicious. The à la carte portions were perfect as well. A special mention to Kiran, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay.
Our room was always spotless thanks to Sachin, our housekeeper. His attention to detail truly impressed us—flower-petal art on the floor, towels neatly placed under our shoes, and beautifully arranged toiletries. These thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely cared for.
We also want to highlight Sapna from the front desk, who went above and beyond to arrange breakfast to be sent to our room on our last day since we had an early morning flight. Her efficiency and kindness made our departure smooth and stress-free.
K. Singh, the bell boy, was always welcoming with a pleasant smile and ensured we felt comfortable each time we entered or left the hotel.
The gym was well-equipped and enjoyable to use, rounding off a perfect stay.
Overall, our time at the Taj Mahal Palace was exceptional from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely return soon.

AAlya.AWe had a wonderful stay at the Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai. The staff service was exceptional, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The team was always checking if we needed anything or if housekeeping was required, which made us feel truly well looked after.
The breakfast buffet staff were extremely attentive and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us and provide items we requested, even when they were not listed on the menu. Their goal was clearly to ensure that guests enjoy their meal and leave happy.
A special mention goes to their unique Food Spa service, where hot water is provided for soaking the feet for relaxation. This service can be requested and is delivered to the room within around 20 minutes, which was a very thoughtful and relaxing experience.
Thank you to the entire team for a memorable and pleasant stay.

BBharat61I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything.
Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening.
Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

So this thing never happened in any of hotel. They will give bill even if hotel is booked by trip.com

RRaj GaurDisappointing service and required to make multiple calls to get room service.
At the checkout, the staff was not capable of offering timely service and while serving to me, other client was also entertained which I found strange customer service. The staff was unable to release blocked money and as of today it has not been released.
Finally, the staff did take a long time in producing invoice and still haven’t received an email for the invoice.
The management needs to pay attention to training being provided to the staff.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Airport Terminal 2, making it perfect for travelers catching a flight.
However, the check-in experience was significantly marred by an unprofessional front desk. I was assigned an uncleaned, dirty room, which is a rare oversight. Fortunately, the room itself was outstanding: spacious, clean and tidy (including the bath towels), with a plentiful supply of drinking water. The best part was the bathroom system; the water heated up quickly, the pressure was strong, and the toiletries smelled great.
Overall, despite the service process needing improvement, it's still a very good value-for-money option near Mumbai Airport.
KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

The front office staff were very friendly & conducted an express check-in.
The housekeeping staff ensured that the rooms were clean and tidy and did replenished the consumables.
The waiters and chefs greeted every guest with a broad smile & attended every request of the guests.
Specially Mr. Akram did a splendid job in attending to the physically challenged guests.
Overall a wonderful experience.
PPANCHALGood hotel with all facilities. Not the best for solo female travellers as there is a club on the top floor. Can be a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. But the staff is quite supportive and caring. They do their best to make you feel safe. Food is good. Overall satisfactory.
