Aurelie Reverchon5/5à l'instant sur  Google Nous avons été totalement ravies de notre séjour au Voco hôtel, le personnel tous services confondus sont aimable souriant et disponible. C'est un hôtel décoré avec soin, mélangeant différents style. Un charme fou, une atmosphère très plaisante se dégage de cet endroit. Le petit déjeuner est parfait avec des produits fait maison, choix qualitatif et variés. La cheffe et son équipe maîtrise parfaitement la carte, les accords sont parfaits. Le service est impeccable aucune fausse note. Le tout avec un sourire constant de l'ensemble du personnel. Emplacement idéal très calme avec une très jolie vu sur la nature. Les chambres sont très fonctionnelles, propres et soigné tout y est. L entretien général de l'établissement est irréprochable. Je recommande sans la moindre hésitation et je reviendrai avec un grand plaisir. Un grand bravo à vous tous

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights on a return from Provence back to the UK. The hotel was fantastic from the facilities in the hotel, breakfast and most importantly the staff. they cannot do enough to take the hassle out of your stay from organising/recommending local restaurants to recommending local cellar tours and degustations - we would definitely come back. Rooms are well equipped, VERY clean free mini bar drinks (soft) with wifi, Netflix, amazon prime video - everything you need. Valet parking tops it all off !

A beautiful place, unique in its architecture and decor. It’s an old building that turned into a hotel . The hotel is in the center of Beaune close to all the shops and 10 minutes away from the vineyards. The staff are very friendly. Each room in the hotel is different. Very classic and historic, yet modern quality.

GGuest UserWe had the most pleasant stay at L'Hôtel. Our room was spacious, comfortable, kept tidy, and quiet. Nice room amenities. The breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. Great coffee! At our arrival, we were alerted of a flat tire. It could've been a real disaster, but the front desk staff person (I believe Marie?) took charge and quickly found a solution. She went above and beyond getting this taken care of, and even walked to our lunch location to let us know the mechanic was there and was fixing the tire. (Thank you!!) The entire staff were so courteous and kind. We dined at their Bistro restaurant. Our meal was sooo yummy. OM! Destination chicken dinner. I have never had chicken that tasted so good. I am trying to figure how to return asap for that bird. My only regret is that they did not have more nights available to extend our stay. Over the years, we have stayed at 2 other well-rated hotel locations, but L'Hôtel is the best in the area!

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel in the centre of Beaune, in a 12th century monastery near the Hostel de Beaune. We have a cute and stylish room, tastefully decorated. The service is very good, with a lot of personal attention. The restaurant under the old vault was amazingly beautiful, but it was quickly ”completed”. Conditions must also allow climbing up ancient and rather steep stairs. But the whole thing is an experience.

GGuest UserMy wife and I stayed three nights here. We had been to Beaune 12 years earlier but just for several hours travelling between Lyon and Dijon. We are so happy we stayed here and were able to enjoy the area. We arrived at the train station from Lyon and then by taxi to the hotel. We were fortunate to snag the one taxi at the train station so that might be something you want to arrange ahead of time. The hotel was a reasonable fare, about eight euros and I rounded it up to ten euros for a tip. The hotel is very nice, nothing fancy but more than adequate for a multi night stay. Our room was very good and a very good bathroom, all up to date and clean. The staff spoke good English and was very friendly and helpful. There is a bar in the lobby / common area and we enjoyed wines there. There are a number of good restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel is right across the street from the main tourist office which made pick-up for a day long wine tour very convenient. The hotel has underground parking for an extra daily fee. The location was a very easy walk in to the historic center and we had a great time visiting sites and enjoying the numerous shops and restaurants. We left Beaune with a longer list of things to do then when we arrived so we are already talking about a return visit and would stay here again.

Wwong wai lingJust by the side of the highway. Easy access to Beaune center by car, not on foot though. Room is nicely designed and the bed is comfortable. Got pool and other facilities for children. A pleasant stay as a whole.

KKatdianThe location is a little far away, but Carrefour is close, the price is good, clean, air-conditioned, but unfortunately there is no elevator, the luggage is not suitable! Self-service check in, everything depends on the password, this is still convenient, there are vending machines downstairs, buy coffee and some snacks!

I want to emphasize this particular feature because it’s not usual. I’ll tell you our sad circumstances but first: there is H parking right by the automatic doors to reception and our room was a straight shot from there. Our key card opened the door by electronic signal. Straight through there is a door to a grassy area. To the left of that a wide door to a huge « wet » room with roll in shower, lowered sink and toilet. Our room, 002, has a king bed, etc, and five feet away against the back wall a third person single bed that is made up as a sofa. There is a full length mirror by the bathroom door. Our booking, done months ago, was non refundable as of two days ago which was no problem as things were going well at that time: but when we arrived at our Irish ferry port we found out that we would arrive in Cherbourg five hours later than the expected Noon. Beaune is over 400 km! So we got here at 3am and thanks to the night attendant Manuel, we arranged by phone a special pickup of our key. He spoke English and reassured us that we would be okay. And we are. WARNING Do not use Garmin GPS but carry a map. GARMIN took us the regular route to the Paris périphérique to A6 WHICH IS CLOSED FOR A HUGE SECTION necessitating a jammed slip road use with trucks and Paris traffic and probably forty traffic lights. THEN we were guided to Orly airport and Garmin was totally off..you could see from the road signs that the nav system was faulty. AND the A6 southbound is closed and detoured from Autun to Beaune (maybe more, I’ll find out soon enough). Being 82 I’m going to have to upgrade my tech, it’s hard, international travel using a pricey ATT iPhone. After Ireland, I’d call this hotel a bargain in a very touristic, charming Burgundian town. That’s my story: you can see why I’m grateful for this wonderful accommodation.
