With Jinhua Railway Station just 7km away and Yiwu Airport only 57km away, transportation is very convenient. In addition, Wanda Plaza Metro Station is just a short walk away. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Shi Guangnan Music Square, Chishan Park and Jinhua Museum. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. There's never a dull moment at this hotel, our guests indicate that the facilities are excellent. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.
"This hotel, part of the Jinhua branch of the 2023 Hangzhou Asian Games, boasts an elegant Chinese style. The twin beds can be joined together, making them 2.7 meters wide and very comfortable. The hotel is spacious, less than 5 kilometers from Jinhua South Station and over 10 kilometers from Shuanglong Cave. Taxis are easily accessible. The staff were very welcoming, including door staff who opened and closed car doors and took luggage. My housekeeper, Xiao Hu, contacted me by phone and WeChat the day beforehand and even gave my child a small gift. The breakfast buffet was generous, offering everything you could want, and children were offered half-price for 49 yuan, making it a very good value. The hotel also features a swimming pool, chess and card room, spa, and more. The afternoon tea was also exquisite. Highly recommended."

**Facilities:** A bit outdated, hope they'll renovate soon.
**Service:** Excellent! Both the front desk staff (guys and girls), housekeeping, and restaurant staff were all wonderful.
It's quite close to the Commercial City and Bingwang Night Market. Overall, it's roughly a 4-star hotel but with 5-star service.

NNiceChenchen1. When I got to my room, there were long hairs in the bathroom sink.
2. The breakfast was much worse than what you'd find at a Marriott Fairfield, even though the prices are similar. For such a well-designed hotel with great facilities, the breakfast was incredibly disappointing. The service was awful. I wanted to eat noodles, and it was the first time I'd seen cooked 3cm noodles in soup that looked like someone's leftovers. Many people just want a warm bowl of noodle soup in the morning to comfort their stomach.
I asked for a fresh bowl, but the server didn't seem to understand and was quite stubborn, saying, 'Didn't I just tell you this was freshly made?' The person who came over next, presumably a supervisor, was also very reluctant... It's like they want you to shout to get anything done, and I'm not that kind of person. So, I just gave up, didn't eat there, and went to McDonald's instead. This kind of service attitude is hard to reconcile with a Wyndham property; it's definitely worse than the one in Wenzhou. As someone who stays in hotels 100 days a year, I find this standard unacceptable; it's far worse than services at Huazhu Hotels and similar chains. What a waste of such nice decor.
Such good hardware and facilities in this complex are let down by terrible service and a lazy, careless team. It's hard to trust them. I recommend strengthening management.

The lobby is elegantly classic and luxurious, while the guest rooms are cozy and tranquil. The night view from the window is stunning, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom is sparkling clean with a separate wet and dry area. It was a truly thoughtful experience, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

GGuest User**Brushed to the temporary decision to go, the environment has not to say that green plants surround the natural oxygen bar, but many trees have bugs are uncomfortable, the room with slides children like it very much, the health is not satisfactory, usually live in a five-star hotel or there is a difference, the quilt found a lot of small black spots at night, The sound insulation is really poor. I didn’t sleep well at night. The next day’s activities were not ready. The children were disappointed. The breakfast was good. The rest of the hot spring afternoon tea was too hot and I didn’t experience it. The surrounding area was quite biased. I drove 8 kilometers to the Ping An Hotel at night. It tasted good. 👍

We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay:
**Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店
**Check-In Experience:**
We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.
**Room Comfort:**
Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
**Facilities:**
The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine.
**Service:**
The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out.
**Room for Improvement:**
While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment.
**Final Thoughts:**
This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.
In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages.
Would we return? Absolutely!

I'm from Guangdong, and a daily tea-drinking ritual is deeply ingrained in my life – it's an indispensable part of my routine. Having stayed at the Global Hotel for years, I was genuinely touched to find that the staff had subtly remembered my preference and taken even the smallest details to heart. At other hotels, I'd always have to proactively request bottled water every day, which was not only inconvenient but also interrupted my leisurely tea-making. However, upon opening the door to Room 1288 this time, I was immediately moved.
The staff, knowing about my six-day stay, had pre-stocked the room with an ample supply of bottled water, perfectly meeting all my tea-making needs for the entire duration. I didn't have to remind anyone daily or repeatedly contact the front desk for refills, completely eliminating all cumbersome communication. This proactive anticipation and thoughtful, pre-emptive service truly resonated with me. Hotel service here isn't about rigid, standardized procedures; it's about genuinely remembering the habits of each regular guest and tailoring details to their actual needs, making me, a traveler on the go, feel truly warm and valued.
Throughout my entire stay, the hotel's service was consistently meticulous and perfectly balanced. The staff were gentle, polite, and responsive, offering service that was proactive yet unobtrusive, thoughtful yet not intrusive – they perfectly understood the nuances of good service. My room was spotlessly clean, comfortably arranged, and the environment was quiet and relaxing, providing me with a peaceful sanctuary to unwind amidst my busy schedule. Every day's living experience was comfortable and pleasant.
What truly struck me is that genuine good service is never about temporary pandering; it's about a long-term commitment to care. The Global Hotel doesn't just offer superficial service; they meticulously refine details and cultivate warmth. From the moment we checked in, he helped us with our luggage, introduced us to fun places nearby, told us what to look out for and what to bring when soaking in the hot springs, and even switched us to a room with a better view.
