Great place, stayed here on my birthday. The location and room are great, tge stuff is also very nice and helpful. The only thing I would recommend is to change coffee. Cause it's a western style hotel, and as a foreigner and coffee lover I find it important to have a good coffee for breakfast.

The air conditioning in the room was not good. I slept so hot on the first night. The air conditioning was turned on all night but it didn't work. The more I slept, the hotter it got. When I booked the hotel, I used the Ctrip Platinum membership benefit, which said that I could check out at 3 pm. I asked the front desk, although I could check out at 3 pm, the hotel said that they did not have this benefit.

For the newly opened hotel in 2023, letâs talk about the hotel problem first:
1. In a new hotel, the rooms in the corridors still have a large smell of decoration. I hope to open more windows to diffuse the smell;
2. The downstairs of the hotel is being renovated. It started knocking on things at 6 o'clock in the morning, and the mechanical equipment made noise at 8 o'clock, which affected sleep;
3. The sound insulation of the hotel wall is not good, and the noise of the passing cars on the road 50 meters away is relatively loud;
4. There are no convenience stores around the hotel and no need to drive out;
5. The room type booked on Ctrip is obviously 6-9 floors, but the front desk gives you 6-7 floors. I hope to make it clear on Ctrip;
Let me talk about the advantages: the hotel is very new, the room is large, the bedding is comfortable, clean and tidy, and the breakfast is good.

SShaneA very nice and spacious room with a comfortable bed and a great open view of the park and the mountains. The rooms have modern controls for the lights as well as motorized curtains, which made for convenience both when going to sleep and waking up in the morning. It was also nice that a phone charging cable with the three different adapters was provided. The bathroom is spacious and has a large sink and shower. It is nice that the shower has a choice of rainfall or regular nozzle. The shower controls were also very modern and you merely pushed the button for your preferred shower method. It seemed that the guest before me was unaware of this and had broken the temperature control and not reported it to the hotel. The front desk was quick to send a repair person who was very thorough in fixing the control. While the shower had good water pressure, it seemed at peak times that there was not enough hot water as the shower temperature was just slightly warm. To get a hot shower, I had to wait until late in the afternoon or late at night.
The checkin was fast and the attendant was kind enough to honour my request for a non-smoking room on a high floor. The lobby is spacious with a nice tea area. It is also convenient to have a Starbucks inside the hotel. However, it was a bit noisy as other guests were not always mindful of the calibre of hotel they were in, which ranks in the 5 star category. It was difficult to try to get some work done with people playing videos loudly on their phones, talking on speaker phone or kids running around. This really took away from what should be a calming space. While the hotel attendants tried to maintain order, it really was a losing battle for them.
The location is really dependent on what you are looking for. I found it nice to have the open park view but there are not many interesting restaurants around. For the middle eastern food, you need to bike about 1.5km. This was fine when the weather was good, but it was not convenient during the latter part of my stay when it rained all day.
A few things to be aware of when booking. The breakfast was large with a lot of options but it really is a Chinese style breakfast. To call it Western and Chinese is quite misleading as there were only a few Western options, such as omelets. There is a great large screen television in the room, but only 2 or 3 English channels with the others in Chinese. There is a shuttle bus to the market, but it was a bit disappointing to learn that it only runs twice per day.
The main area for the hotel to work on is its consistency of service. Some of the employees were outstanding but there seems to be a need for additional training. For example, the room came with a complimentary daily minibar, but I had to ask each day for it to be refilled. This was quite embarrassing to do, especially when the stocking was just some soft drinks with a single Tsingtao beer. Also, when I was in the toilet, one of the chefs walked out without washing his hands. While he may have washed them (hopefully) when he returned to the kitchen, he should be sure to wash them in front of guests. Lastly, the pool and fitness area seemed to require special access and the people working at the desk for the pool made me feel very uncomfortable when I wanted to see the facilities, so I just left and did not return. This was particularly disappointing because one of the reasons I booked the hotel was for these facilities.
Overall it is a very nice hotel and I would book it again. But additional employee training would be appropriate so the service does not take away from what is a high quality hotel.

The breakfast of choice for stay was exceptionally abundant, exceptionally delicious, nutritious, and there was exceptionally much to choose from. Everything was delicious. Families who didn't have a crush on anything and haven't tried it must try it! Sitting in the front desk of the hotel lobby, my little sister also sent coffee. I really did not expect is that there is a toothpick, I really want to cry to death, what a detail of the little sister ah, really super love, although the toothpick is really small, it is not easy to cause bleeding, but I think this best reflects the integrity of the equipment rich. You name it. yeah. Well, the front desk sister has prepared for us, dare not say 100%, there must be 99%, highly recommended. I really do. It'll be like my own house. I'll be sad if you don't come.

SSu MyatI recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Hengdian, and I cannot recommend it enough! From its unbeatable location to the exceptional service, everything about this place exceeded my expectations.
The hotel is just a 4-5 minute walk from the Palace of Qin, making it incredibly convenient for exploring attractions. This palace is one of my favourites of all attractions in Hengdian. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. Itâs also just a 10-minute walk to the Along the River Qing Ming Festival gate, and I loved strolling there in the evenings. The area is packed with amazing restaurants, and I highly recommend the grilled shop just 5 minutes awayâitâs some of the best grilled food Iâve ever had! Lawson store is only 2-3 mins walk away! Desert and snacks are so yummy and much better than what you get from 7/11 convenient store in Australia. đ

I stayed in a room on the 4th floor, and the view was great! The room itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers breakfast for just **18 yuan**, and the soup was particularly delicious. If youâre looking for more food options, the surrounding area is a food loverâs paradise. The hotel staff even helped me order food and recommended some fantastic dishes, which I paid for via Alipay. Their recommendations were spot-on, so donât hesitate to ask them for suggestions!
The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Even though I donât speak Mandarin, they were incredibly patient and helpful. One staff member even walked with me to the tourist center to help me get tickets! Since I stayed for 5 days, I opted for the Hengdian world studio yearly pass, which gave me unlimited access to all the attractionsâsome of which I visited multiple times. Along the river Qing and Ming festival - I recommend you to go there two - three times - one during the day time, one time around 5:00pm till late and then one time around 07:00. If you are a Song Dynasty lover like myself, you will never get sick of visiting this place. So many things to look at. Please use Baidu translate for Museum description. Very informative and transported back you to Song dynasty civilian life!

PPIERREHotel is well located, clean enough and has decent facilities. However I was bothered 3 nights in a row by 2 neighbours rooms inside which a lot of hotel guests were just always speaking loud, keeping their door always open, smoking hookah (even though we were in a non-smoking floor), and listening to very loud music even in the middle of the night. I got awaken randomly at 2, 4 and 5 am by big bass booms and loud oriental music. Although I complained, nothing was really done by the hotel management to solve this issue (in a normal world this kind of disrespectful guest should be automatically checked out and refunded). This pretty much ruined my business trip as I was clearly sleep deprived. Next time I will go to another hotel.

Bbingbing1999It is a big villa, the environment is beautiful, and the air in the morning is really fresh. It may be a long time ago and the facilities are a bit old. The room was very clean and the toilet was leaking. ïżŒ It takes a while to turn on the hot water. ïżŒ There was an aunt at the front desk. When I checked in, there happened to be a group of people coming together and waiting for a while. The uncle who brought the room was very polite and suitable for a group of friends to vacation.
