Spa Hotels in Sint-Joost-ten-Node

Great hotel with beautiful, spacious rooms, lovely views, friendly staff and outstanding facilities. The room was very clean and the bed with multiple pillows was excellent. I really loved the interior design of the room and the quirky art. The bathroom had an excellent modern shower and great bath and body care products. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with lots of options to choose from and an egg station, which I always appreciate. The cooked food could have been a bit warmer though, but I guess that's the price to pay for having breakfast near the closing time of the buffet. I really loved the beautiful swimming pool on the rooftop floor. The views were really stunning and the pool itself was definitely gorgeous. Since I stayed on a weekday I had the pool for myself, so I had a very relaxing swim. There are towels provided at the swimming pool and lounge chairs to relax.

the facilities, the breakfast and a Spanish girl at the reception was the best, the rest I don't think I would return or recommend, everything started bad from the first minute I set foot in the reception, an employee yelling and humiliating in front of all the customers to a receptionist….. then another girl at the reception literally treated me as a liar…. I made the reservation with trip.com and I reserved two nights with breakfast, I paid for that obviously, but the girl at the reception told me over and over again that this was not the case, not even showing the reservation confirmation, she made me feel like a lying in front of several customers. In the end, after contacting trip, another employee at the reception (Spanish woman) treated me very well and solved the problem in 5 minutes, I don’t remember her name, but I’m sure many employees there can learn a little bit from her, that how to treat a customer with respect and professionalism..
