"Mantra Nelson Bay Three adults stayed on September 17. Due to the delay of the itinerary, we arrived at the hotel at 12:00am in the evening to check in. We were traveling by car, and the door outside the hotel was closed. We were not able to arrive at the hotel to register. According to previous experience, the hotel will be emailed. Provide the password to us to check in the room, but the hotel did not email me how to enter the hotel. So we used the data roaming to call the hotel counter, after a very long wait for someone to answer the phone, the hotel staff found personal data and the bank number to me, it took a lot of time to give me the password of 1:07AM, Unfortunately, there is nothing in the wallet (please refer to the attachment), I really don't understand that the wallet woman has nothing, so ask me so much information for what purpose? At that moment, I immediately used the data to roam the staff, waiting for almost 30 minutes without anyone listening to the phone, what does it mean that you let the guests wait outside the hotel for almost an hour without letting us enter the hotel? After a long wait, the staff finally listened to the phone. I asked the staff when they could come in and wait for what? He said that he needed to wait for the security to open the door before he could enter. I asked the staff how long it took? Because we didn't know what to wait for, the weather outside was cold and there were elderly people, the staff actually told me to wait for about an hour. It was already more than one o'clock in the morning, and I really couldn't accept and didn't understand the hotel's arrangement. About 1:15 in the morning, a foreign self-proclaimed security person came with a bag with about 50 to 60 keys. We watched him try to open the door with each key. After many unsuccessful security calls to ask for help, the door can be opened. Then the security guards were very responsible. They told us to get the hotel key before leaving. Then we found the hotel counter and found that the counters were closed and locked. Then we had something to do after repeated attempts to open the hotel counter door. Then we called the staff again. The clerk told us that our keys and data had been placed on the counter, ridiculously there was no, we looked everywhere, and finally we needed to go to the lock box to find the room key by ourselves! ? Am I playing a treasure hunt? The hotel staff no longer listened to our phone. We used more than 1 hour of roaming data to call the hotel staff. It was quite expensive, but it was ignored and handled improperly. When we entered the room, it was already early in the morning 2AM... We arrived 12AM... In addition, I found that the security problem is quite serious. A key can open all rooms. We suddenly had other guests to open our door the next morning. My mother was very scared and screamed immediately. We found out that everyone's key can open all the doors. Yes, even if the hotel's facilities and environment are very good, the staff and the hotel's handling methods are very problematic, completely ignoring the needs of the guests, not recommended."
