Spa Hotels in Airlie Beach

"Great hotel Airlie beach is amazing. Whitsundays is a piece of paradise The hotel is amazing for the price. Greeeeeat staff."

"Facilities: The room was spacious and fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, kettle, iron, safe, and other amenities. Cleanliness: The room was very clean upon check-in. My stay of three days wasn't long, so the lack of cleaning was not a problem. Environment: The location is excellent, right next to Airlie Wharf, with a bus stop nearby and a 10-minute walk to the town's main street. However, on summer nights, the sounds of various insects and birds might disturb sleep for those who have trouble sleeping. Service: Although it's not a 24-hour front desk, the staff were very responsive when available. They patiently answered my questions, especially since my English isn't very good. I was very grateful."

"The room was quite spacious (for Sydney standards), and I understand the Whitsundays are humid, so the dampness in the room was expected. The bedding was indeed damp, but the front desk promptly changed it when I mentioned it. I especially want to commend the dark-skinned lady at the front desk on duty on the 11th. I missed my airport shuttle that day, and she helped me contact the bus company, rearranged my transfer, and reminded me to check in online to avoid missing my flight. She deserves a huge commendation!"

"This is a Motel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious and have a beautiful sea view, but they are cleaned only once a week. The towels are not changed. The biggest problem is the lack of wifi in the rooms (it's 2024 ..). Average value for money!"

"Facilities: Complete kitchenware, no oil, salt, sauce and vinegar are needed, suitable for cooking Western food. Refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee pot are all available. Air conditioner, electric fan, two TVs each. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided, but the quality is average. The hair dryer is ordinary and old. There are no slippers, combs, toothbrushes and toothpaste. Advantages: Beautiful environment, you can enjoy the sunset, the infrastructure is complete and clean! Away from the hustle and bustle of the central city at the foot of the mountain, the environment is quiet! Convenient transportation, it is the pick-up point for various tourist team projects. Close to the city, it only costs 10-11 Australian dollars to take a taxi from the central city at the foot of the mountain! Disadvantages: Being on the mountain is its disadvantage, but the sea view rooms are all on the mountain. Another problem is that the drainage of the shower room is not ideal, and the mop provided in the room needs to be mopped after taking a shower."

"The hotel is very close to the main street and Woolworth, and the location is quite convenient, but you need to climb uphill to get back to the hotel. After climbing to the hotel, you are already out of breath. If there are elderly people, it is recommended to book a pick-up for the whole journey. It is okay for young people to walk. Hygiene: It was still very clean when I first entered, but it was not cleaned every day. Only when I checked out, I didn’t need to clean it myself~ Because I lived on the first floor and there was a centipede one day, but there were insecticides~ Facilities: The overall facilities are like an Australian home, which is different from the hotel. It is suitable for a family to live and you can cook. There are only stairs on the floor of the room. It is more convenient to have luggage on the first floor, but there will be insects. The lighting in the room I lived in is average. The front balcony can see the sea at a glance. The scenery is very good, and there is a swimming pool, which is very good~ Service: Unlike the hotel, the front desk has fixed working hours. At other times, you need to call to communicate by yourself, and you need to speak English~ But I asked about the sunset sailing on the day I just arrived, and they were very enthusiastic~ Check-out is not during reception working hours, so you need to call to confirm and put it in the small box at the door. Finally, the Wi-Fi is only good on the first day, and I basically use my own mobile data afterwards"

"It can be said that the most perfect hotel in this trip to Australia! The location is convenient. Although it is on the mountain, it is suitable for self-driving. The hotel also has a shuttle bus. One of the few hotels in Australia that offers free breakfast. The scenery is beautiful, the room is very spacious, and the facilities are complete. We are greeted by wild parrots all over the balcony, which is an excellent experience! It is a hotel where my family and I want to return to live!"
