Spa Hotels in Bintan

We stayed for 3D2N at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan to relax and chill. The hotel is new and modern. Have 2restaurants serving Indonesian and western food and 1cafe for snack. The breakfast at Rempah restaurant is great and have a lot of varieties. Hope to have more options of food for lunch and dinner. Its a beach front hotel 10minutes from Bintan Ferry Terminal. The service is good. The staff is friendly and polite. It will be better if the hotel can provide more activities, such as yoga, volleyball, table tennis etc. Within walking distance from the hotel, there is Bintan Lagoi Plaza, that was not fully open when we were there. Few minimart and cafe have opened. We have a great stay there. Thank you for accomodating us.

Service staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Aircon was strong enough to combat the heat. Loved walking along the crystal bay area for a chill and tranquil stroll. Didn’t have much expectations for breakfast but felt that it was decent - sufficient selections. It was also easy to contact the reception via whatsapp and for room service etc.

Warm welcome by the team upon arrival. Full details on amenities is not given like we can actually dine and use the pool at sister hotel which walking distance away - hotel indigo. Joining member allows us to have 20% discount on food but not applicable to takeaways:( Late check out is not mentioned, I saw it in my email and ask them about it. Called me on the day of check out to remind me of check out at 12pm when they should told me I am entitled to late check out till 2pm. After 12pm, room card not working and WiFi not working anymore. Come on.. I am still at the hotel premises. Food selection is sufficient although the food at holiday inn is really not fantastic. Staffs at strawbella and kids club are really welcoming, warm and friendly! Highly recommended for families for a short getaway.

Have stayed in at least more than 20hotels in my lifetime, this is by far the most beautiful and serene hotel ever. Splendid lush landscape with multiple seatings that allow one to relax while immerse with the landscape around. This place just let you reset your busy lifestyle. Love the multiple pools for kids to explore and kids club to entertain the kids. The rooms are superb and clean. Staff are also very courtesy, attentive and hardworking. Everyone walks around with a smile. Bicycles are littered around the estate that allow you to grab and go (the place is quite huge, so a bicycle actually helps alot!). Wifi access is superb too, everywhere we go, we got wifi access (better than our esim!) Guess the only let down is the pillows that seems abit too soft and the food choice is quite limited and not the best tasting, also they are quite expensive. But well, the hotel rooms, staff, amenities are enough to distract us off these small negligent negativity. As such, still 5 stars from us! Had a wonderful stay at Cassia. The room was really spacious (we booked the two bedroom garden view) as it came with a kitchen and living area. Came with two bathrooms so we did not have to fight for one. Staff were really friendly, shoutout to Benny who did the aquatic Zumba and the manager (I’m guessing) of the Lotus Cafe for being especially warm and welcoming. Overall, staff were friendly which made our trip enjoyable. The breakfast provided had a good mix of western and Indonesian cuisine. Water sports were slightly more on the expensive side which was expected considering resort pricing. Also shoutout to the friendly staff who assisted us in the water sports.

Very near to jetty terminal, behind hotel have convinient store and local food stalls. Walk distance to Lagos beach, 20mins to blue lake. Overall a great stay here

25/5 It was last minute plan to bintan island and we booked at bonvoy natra bintan. A few days before our trip i did text thru WhatsApp Natra customer service about our arrival it was fast response and yeah they do provide service pickup shuttle from the terminal bintan telani ferry to their hotel just provide them our ticket transaction and they do standby someone who gonna pickup during the day itself. Our ferry terminal to their hotel hotel it took about 5-10 mins ish journey once we reach the hotel our plan to just park our luggage while exploring other place. But surprisingly we are able to do a check in by 11.40 ish . The front desk really did her great( i couldn’t remember her name start from (Letter M i guess) she really passionate with her job after she explained to us about the facilities how and where once all done they send the bellboy to guide us to our room since it just so near the front desk so we just walk to the room. The room that we choose are Pool View King Tent With Sofa Bed And Whirlpool the room can fit up to 4 pax can req either king or twin bed along with pull out sofa bed. Oh btw this place has a big lagoon that under 3rd parties which is all the water sports activities are not inc in of our hotel facilities but they do have packages with or just 1 water sports itself and for hotel guess have 20% off which is for me affordable which is we do cable ski and lagoon kayak during sunset it was so nice and not so humid btw here the sunset is around 5-6pm ish . The hotel does provide shuttle to lagoon beach with the timing provide and need to register in advance at the front desk the shuttle is twice a day or you may book grab its available in bintan island. The resort itself got do package like common that we heard only non breakfast and breakfast. But here they do have breakfast + dinner (BBQ) or breakfast + lunch + dinner (BBQ) that could share up to 3pax for small eaters but we decided to just have our dinner at the patio restaurant & bar the food is on the standard. the portions and the food quality make the restaurant is worth to try with peaceful surroundings and amazing waiters are so polite and keep attending to anyone in the restaurant to make sure that we satisfy with the service. so far the that made us so amazed here is a scattering of stars in the sky which is hard to get in my place and feel so appreciated to the universe and so calm sometimes after run from the city bustle. And while seeing the scattering of stars we able to do a breeze walk about 1.99km even the darkness of the moon illuminates the path and every 5-10 mins that a security keep rounding the place which is make us feel so safe to be surrounded. One the next day for breakfast we went out for breakfast that a few varieties from asian, western and got their local which is Indonesian and i would like to compliment one of your services staff at the restaurant if im not wrong his name is (YOGI) from the time we check in until every time when we pass by the restaurant he will keep greeting not only us but those who’s pass by at the restaurant either to the lagoon or back to the room. And during check out in the afternoon we decided to do extend our check out since our return ferry is around 5 ish ++ pm and front desk told us that we able to extend until our ferry depart with price discounted price (1 Million IDR) and for us is so affordable price and they arranged shuttle to the ferry terminal. So far natra has left me a great experience as i can say if you looking to avoid from the city bustle you may choose Bintan rather then Batam ❤️

I was genuinely amazed by how spacious the entire property was! It felt like a resort city on its own, so many areas to explore and activities to do. From the lush surroundings to the variety of amenities, everything was thoughtfully designed to make the stay enjoyable. We visited the resort for my husband's birthday for a 2-night, 3-day stay, which was amazing. We stayed in a rainforest sea view villa, which was incredibly peaceful and serene. Every moment of our trip was thoroughly enjoyable. The spa experience was exceptional. As vegetarians, we were initially concerned about food options, but to our delight, we had a full-course meal at the Thai restaurant, which exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect—a 10/10 experience.

This trip was with 8 friends. During our stay at Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel in Bintan, and really enjoying the experience. The hotel is on a restored old ship, which makes it very unique. The room is clean and cozy, the porthole windows give it a special feel. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Winda. The check-in process was smooth. We asked the hotel to prepare a small surprise for two friends who were having birthdays. There’s a small museum onboard that tells the story of the ship, and the deck has a nice view of the sea, great for relaxing. Breakfast is simple but good, and the overall vibe is peaceful and quiet. If you want to swim, remember to bring a swimsuit. It is less than 5-minute drive from the Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal and the hotel. If you need the hotel to arrange transportation, you need to inform the hotel customer service staff in advance, which is free of charge. It’s a great place if you’re looking for something unique and relaxing.
