Location Is Far But Decent. The Room Smelled Good Upon Entering And The Water Was Hot!!!!!!!! The Bed Was Also Very Comfy Even Though The Sheets Were A Little Rough! Other Then That I Enjoyed My Stay And Will Be Back Again And Again

They have totally upgraded their rooms.  They were clean, bathroom especially was clean.  I liked the little desk they had there.  They didn’t have any light bulbs in the light and it’s looks dubious from outside but it was quiet.  Mini fridge, microwave and safe.  They might want to invest in some new new ac units, it sound like ice pouring when it cut down.  My husband is 6’4 and I’m 5’11 but no fighting over the bed! But was big and roomy and super comfortable!

Unless you like insulted and screamed at by front desk manager Lenore or people walking in your room or your room to one through whole you are gone .  Front desk day manager Lenore tgatvwlrks there is a extremely rude mean person. I was scared to ask for toilet paper there.  This desk manager Lenore stole 4 of my reward days upon me checking out.  I have been fighting with corporate get them back all month .    This same person sent back my mail while holding others mail because she don't like me for asking her for the bottle water I am supposed to receive.     Unroll this person is removed from this hotel then I would not stay here. The other workers at this hotel like racheal and Sarina are really great but if the person you are speaking to is Lenore day manager then u should just hang up and go elsewhere.  She stole days from me. Andscreams andyealls at people while I'm in the office .  If u talk back to get at all she will ban you from property and kick you put and call cops on you.    Avoid this property at any cost . Even if u checked  in with a nice girl then you still not get mail or screamed at by Lenore in the morning  .  Lahore has a before that sells drugs out of this hotel .  The owner let's her do and treat any one any way she wants. He don't care About your business because she don't follow rules or wear uniform or anything any other red roof inn rules     I strongly advise you to avoid this place as long as she is on property.     She scarre me and my children.

Talk about a bad scary day. My bf was held up at gunpoint in the car outside the Southfield Red Roof Inn. We only went there because we were out of electricity it was very hot and humid and they accept dogs. I was inside with the dogs. He was outside smoking in his car. Some man in a hoodie pulled out a Glock tapped it on his window and told him to get out or he will shoot him. The guy tried to come into our hotel room to steal our belongings following him to our room. My pit bull spooked this robber and luckily this crazed robber just went back into My bfs  car and drove off with it. We still don’t have it back even with the police involved. Thankfully there were a few witnesses who gave statements to police.  I haven’t slept in 3 days. So yeah bad day is an understatement. Some ********** propositioned him our first night there outside and someone else tried to sell us drugs. . With no reimbursement for the last day which of course we didn’t stay. I never imagined Southfield on northwestern could be so unbelievably dangerous. The staff there looked like they were on drugs and didn’t care what happens there. We both could have been killed today. Don’t ever go there. It’s also dirty full of bugs the rooms are small. Countertop sticky. Smells bad.
