Very good hotel to stay in Jakarta, new, cozy and clean. If you would like to have some exercise during the stay, the gym is highly recommended. Only thing to complaint is the hotel surround by narrow alleys, difficult to move around in peaks.

This is a brand new hotel, everything is very clean. The entrance is a bit confusing for the taxi drivers.

Very new hotel just officially opened on 15 Apr 2025. Tight security feels safe. Check in on Sky Lobby level next to swimming pool & lobby lounge/restaurant. Super comfortable bed. Very polite staff but most are new hence service SOP & food menu have room for improvement which is understandable since just opened for 1 week when I stayed. The good promotion rate well compensated for the overall experience. Will stay again for business as it’s near central business district where my clients’ offices are located. Traffic jam during peak hours can’t be helped. No adjoining mall but there are malls & restaurants short driving distance away. Highly recommend for business or staycation.

It’s good place during my business trip, the location is at Center. Convenient to go any location.

This is one of the best hotels in Jakarta with Excellent hospitality from all staff.The brand new hotel in town, lovely interior, great location, one of jakarta quietest hotel , this hotel built by japanese technology… Happy to stayed.

The hotel is very new. The room is very well lit and clean. The space is very good. The facilities are complete. There is also a washing machine. The hotel is very good. The staff is also very friendly. However, the location is not very convenient.

I booked a nearby hotel because of the Kvac visit. It is a 5-star hotel newly built in 2025, so it is really clean and nice. The washing machine and refrigerator are both large and spacious as a residence. The surrounding infrastructure is good, such as Indomaret Alfamart, which is 150m away. The staff were very friendly. The fitness center is open 24 hours, so you can use it without any burden. Other hotels have fitness centers, but they close at 7pm, so you can't exercise after dinner and when you return to the hotel. This is an advantage. I stayed for a short time, but it was very good. The swimming pool design is beautiful at night. It is difficult to find the hotel facilities when you first go, but the staff guides you well.

The facilities in the room are very complete, similar to the feeling at home. There is a small kitchen, a large refrigerator, a microwave, and even a rice cooker and a washing machine. It is really perfect. The bed is also very comfortable to sleep in.

Memorable stay… excellent service and generous upgrade for member. Guest experience team do the best for us. Spacious room and complete facility in room. Breakfast and refresment good. Gym, pool and jacuzi all facility in hotel is clean and comfortable.

KIKi Ray Sazuly Rustan carried on my check in and very helpful . Everything here is pretty new and I had a good experience next time I would like to live again. The environment just like a city garden little bit Singapore style. I highly suggest Tourists choose here ! Btw price is good!
